This has been going on for 3 decades & harms good Americans! I’ve lost my tech job to an H1B 3-times over the course of my career. I have been shouting about this ad nauseam and it’s just remarkable that the government acts like this abuse is new. It’s NOT. Corporations use “right to work” employment laws as an excuse saying they don’t even need a reason to end employment but then suddenly you get forced to train these H1Bs or risk severance packages. Yes it’s civilizational suicde and it is long past time for it to be abolished & send everyone who came steal our jobs and invade our homes & neighborhoods back to their own country! We have had ENOUGH!

Sure, but now we have whole towns in Texas majority Indians who do not share American values. They set up their own country outposts within ours. Greedy companies who are already making record profits abuse H1Bs and other programs beyond their intended purpose for CHEAP LABOR that can be controlled through threats to fire them which would make them go back home, which they hate. Or, you have greedy fucks at companies like T Rowe Price in Baltimore, who are OFFSHORING 7 out of 10 jobs overseas. Read that again. 70% of the long time high performing AMERICANS there get strong armed into training their REPLACEMENTS so they can get a few more paychecks to feed their families and then severance. This "knowledge transfer" process is draining, humiliating, and dehumanizing. They expect you to rip out from within you everything you worked for since kindergarten - school, experience, etc and put it into these foreigners, and then throw the workers away like empty husks. Like taking a peanut from a shell. Losing all of these workers will cause communities within the United States to fail because tax revenue needed to run those communities as well as local spending dries up. People leave the area. Taxes increase for those left to make up for that tax revenue. Social Security taxes are no longer collected either. We hear Social Security won't be there by 2040, and decreasing the amount of people paying into it will wipe it out even sooner. Our "government leaders" take bribes from companies and lobbyists to continue this practice. At best we get half hearted X rants for campaign donations, or promises of "investigations" when many X creators have already done TONS of legwork. Trump's 100k fee didn't mean shit. He betrayed us when he proudly claimed those programs are needed, and even said WE needed foreigners to train US. Having trained low energy low IQ foreigners who speak and write in poor English, he needs to walk in OUR shoes. Finally, I just want to get to retirement...not sure if I will, but I worry about Gen Z - stuck living in Mom's house with high student loan bills because GREEDY AMERICAN COMPANIES WOULD RATHER MAKE US TRAIN FOREIGNERS THAT OUR OWN YOUNG PEOPLE.
