The hardest Disney animation studios has ever gone. Bar none.

I've always loved the crowds cheers after he calls Sanctuary.

The track "Sanctuary!" is Alan Menken in absolute God mode.

The music for this film will always be climatic, epic, and masterful. The motifs and the gregorian chior with actual Latin that echos truth in what is happening on screen whenever it's heard.

I really enjoy Quasi's acrobatic, swinging, climbing abilities.

The themes this movie depicts were way beyond what their target audience could ever comprehend. Going from Qasi pinning over Esmeralda if she can ever like him to Judge Frolo lusting over Esmeralda was traumatizing to see as a 90s kid. 10/10 Disney did their thing with this one

When Disney did talented movies

I REALLY prefer it when they where using 2D art that looked like this instead of the current 3D art And it aint even nostalgia bias, i grew up with the 3D ones

Back when Disney actually had balls and weren’t among the many studios that now think its audiences are too stupid to get it

Such an underrated movie. The music is amazing & the fact they took such a dark story & made it Disney worthy was no small feat.

I cannot to this day believe that this movie was rated G.

I forgot how intense this scene was, but it is a beautiful film.

This was a brilliant film in so many ways and it rarely gets the credit it’s due.

THE best Disney movie ever. I love the little detail of how the bells start rumbling as he's straining against his chains. As if Notre Dame herself were crying out in rage. Frollo was the attack on the soul of Paris that he himself warned about earlier in the movie.
