The first book I ever bought with my own money and my inspiration for earning a BA in Political Science was Condoleezza Rice’s thesis The Uncertain Allegiance. She is a brilliant mind that 45-47 should be listening to in order to best understand Putin and today’s Russian Empire movement to recreate the Soviet Union
