My brother in law got attacked by a rabid bobcat while hunting in South Texas. He killed it and had to drag it to his truck and drive himself to a hospital.

Called them in turkey hunting ,had one pop a inflatable decoy once before stiff legging off,owls coming in on fall decoys is pretty sketch also.

It's a bobber cat, just make quick movements and some noise and they will just run off. This one looks confused at the lump by the tree. They don't attack humans, they hunt very small prey.

What a great experience Bobcats are mostly harmless and never attack people unless they’re rabid or in rare cases protect protecting kittens . The noise they make at night is absolutely terrifying, though I will say .
