It may have served great purpose in those days but in the current scenario what we need is more vocational arts taught by the real professionals. That would guide the youth of today to focus on creative path.

For higher education that for research, discovery, innovation and scholarship we will need to bring the system of free exploration of new ideas that can answer the unanswered questions.
