this is why I hate when people try to humor that there’s always two sides. Our politics are currently half of the country, trying to stick to the constitution and the other half trying to throw it out while claiming to love it, while showing how extremely stupid they are

Trying to explain due process to a maga with turd for brains is like trying to explain due process to a dog, no offense to the dog.

Technically, anyone under the jurisdiction of the US has due process even illegal aliens (though they shouldn't imo) unless they're caught at the border or in the gray area before they have a job or residence. The issue at hand here is the alien enemies act. The current interpretation of "the people" means illegal aliens also have the right to keep and bear arms, heh, yikes.

They’re just exactly that stupid, too. I had to block an imbecile who couldn’t get it through his head, that due process is for everyone who finds themselves arrested, regardless of the beliefs/perceptions/wishful thinking of the cops.
