This is a great first step but it's only the beginning. I want to sell to the Chinese people. I have no problem with them. I have a big problem with their government. They don't abide by the rules. We've known that for a long time and no admin has dealt with China, even after they came into the World Trade Organization in 2000. They've breached every covenant of that agreement so it's important for us to set the tone in terms of how we're going to go forward with China.
