On Thursday (May 21) morning, there will be a big traffic shift on northbound I-95 approaching the Golden Glades Interchange. Three right general purpose lanes will shift to the right onto a newly built section starting at NW 144th St The leftmost general purpose lane will turn into an exit only lane to Turnpike and Palmetto Expressway The existing NB I-95 express exit at NW 149th St will also close. This shift will be in place for about a year and is necessary to rebuild the center part of I-95.

Nicholas Singleton is a pretty fun pick for the #Titans. Explosive speed. One of the best pass catching backs in this class. Physical runner and good enough protector. Vision is the real weakness. But if deployed correctly, can make an immediate impact.

Alabama QB commits Elijah Haven and Trent Seaborn will both be in Tuscaloosa next weekend, while Alabama baseball is playing St. John's in the Tuscaloosa Super Regional. I asked them both if they had interest in going to Sewell-Thomas Stadium while they're in town:

#Bama LB Jihaad Campbell, a top-15 talent in the 2025 NFL Draft who will be in Green Bay, visited #Cowboys and #Falcons, among others. Recovering from a torn labrum, Campbell got word from respected Dr. Lyle Cain that he should be ready for training camp. He is already running.

After Duke fired off five straight out of the halftime locker room, St. John’s delivered three pick sixes and an 8-0 run. Timeout. Jon. Scheyer. It is LOUD in DC from the sea of red.

The South of France, often called Le Midi is an absolute must in the summer. The most well known in the South of France is the beautiful Côte d’Azur, which features places like Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez which are known for their luxury Yatch and pebble beaches Cassis, the charming Provençal fishing village seems to be the less talked about in the South of France, but incredibly beautiful and worth a place on your list. 🎥 spotlistfr | IG

This is an incredibly beautiful and inspiring scene from the Iranian revolution. Iranians are facing the darkest times in a very long time but we are determined and will not give up. Be their voice.

The #Broncos got an elite-production linebacker in Buffalo’s Red Murdock. Murdock has the most forced fumbles in NCAA HISTORY with 17, surpassing former Buffalo Bulls legend Khalil Mack. He had 39.5 TFL across three seasons at Buffalo, and is an explosive (4.53 forty), tackle finishing inside linebacker. Murdock can be an early down contributor early in his NFL career. #ShrineBowlWhosNext

By the intercession of St. Michael and the celestial Choir of Principalities may God fill our souls with a true spirit of obedience. Amen. 8. By the intercession of St. Michael and the celestial Choir of Angels may the Lord grant us to be protected by them in this mortal life and conducted in the life to come to Heaven. Amen. Say one Our Father in honor of each of the following leading Angels: Saint Michael, Saint Gabriel, Saint Raphael and our Guardian Angel. Concluding prayers: O glorious prince St. Michael, chief and commander of the heavenly hosts, guardian of souls, vanquisher of rebel spirits, servant in the house of the Divine King and our admirable conductor, you who shine with excellence and superhuman virtue deliver us from all evil, who turn to you with confidence and enable us by your gracious protection to serve God more and more faithfully every day. Pray for us, O glorious St. Michael, Prince of the Church of Jesus Christ, that we may be made worthy of His promises. Almighty and Everlasting God, Who, by a prodigy of goodness and a merciful desire for the salvation of all men, has appointed the most glorious Archangel St. Michael Prince of Your Church, make us worthy, we ask You, to be delivered from all our enemies, that none of them may harass us at the hour of death, but that we may be conducted by him into Your Presence. This we ask through the merits of Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen. Chaplet Video:
