The seeming brilliant chaos in the midst of pure psychopathy just fascinates me … it’s wild.

What would have been great is if the did the demonisation and the prosecution was just lowkey ripped under their suit, lifting it with ease

Kevin Reddington leaves court today and confirms the judge did allow the jury to see the pills and the knife they requested. I got a little too excited, jumped in and interrupted with my question and got scolded by another reporter. Sorry if I ruined anyone’s shot😬 Kevin Reddington leaves court today and confirms the judge did allow the jury to see the pills and the knife they requested. He also described Lindsay as feeling “beaten down” as she waits for a verdict.

Just in, Tomasz Kosowski actually did something today to represent himself. It's the only thing I saw him do all day. He did not give an opening. No cross-examination. But he reminded the judge that he had a standing objection involving a motion to suppress.

A couple weeks ago I predicted that the 9th Circuit would reverse Judge Immergut and allow President Trump to deploy the National Guard to Portland. Today the 9th Circuit did just that.

The Samourai Wallet developers pled guilty because the case was unwinnable. The judge was not going to allow half the evidence to be shown to the jury. The judge was mysteriously swapped from Judge Berman to Judge Cote, a federal judge appointed by Bill Clinton.

🚨 BIG ruling in the Lindsay Clancy trial: The judge will allow the jury to consider manslaughter in addition to: • First-degree murder • Second-degree murder • Not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility So the jury now has a middle-ground option if they believe Clancy was criminally responsible, but the evidence does not support murder. The judge also denied the defense’s requested Bowden instruction regarding alleged flaws in the police investigation. The manslaughter ruling is the bigger development. 👀

THE LOOSE WOMEN ARE BLINDSIDED BY THE UNUSUAL DECISION BY THE JUDGE IN THE PRINCE HARRY & OTHERS VS DAILY MAIL CASE!!!! The Loose Women were unanimous in their surprise at the Judge throwing out all 97 claims (‼️) and think that it will go back before the Court of Appeal before another judge. I have to say that given that the test is a balance of probabilities rather than beyond all reasonable doubt, I am surprised too. The judge previous a defence for tabloids is concerning. Also remember it was not proven that the Daily Mail definitely did not invade the privacy of the celebrities- just that the evidence available so long after was not sufficient. I think it’s unlikely that The Sun and The Mirror who were found/admitted to have done this unlawful behaviour for gossip, did, but the Daily Mail did not. Why did they mass delete a bunch of emails? Why did a key witness change his evidence to support the mail. Shady business!
