If it is truly believed by some members of the Lindsey Clancy jury and of Lindsay's followers that a Woman can be excused of murder*ng her 3 children because of Female hormones and sudden hormonal changes causing 'Mental Illness/Confusion then I could argue those same hormones exclude a Woman from any Government position that involves critical thinking and decision making. Especially the office of the Presidency.

Sounds to me like 1 juror wants guilty and the rest think she’s innocent which is crazy.

If she refuses to follow the judges orders, replace her with an alternate juror.

The Defense wouldn't move to remove the one juror IF that one juror was saying "innocent". This means it's more than likely 11 people saying she's innocent and 1 saying guilty. Unfortunately.

You don’t get to remove them just because that person doesn’t agree with the other jurors. That is why they have 12 jurors and not 1.

If the defense attorney is the one asking for the judge to throw the juror out, to avoid a miss trial, then that is not a good sign that forcing the juror to do anything would be a conviction action….
