If Olusoga knew it all but failed to bring it to the public attention, that is his failing. Without the details of AMW’s interaction with Epstein, what was there to know? Despite this, AMW was first removed from his position as trade envoy, then once the association with Virginia Giuffre was known, he was removed from any public functions, disinvited to state occasions, lost his HRH, then his membership of the Garter, his title of prince and forced to give up his house and moved to more modest quarters on the Sandringham estate. All this before he has been charged, let alone convicted, of any crime. Where was the press during this period? Until the Epstein files were published, any alleged wrongdoing was conjecture as AMW clearly lied to his family just as he lied in the notorious interview with Emily Maitlis.
