The setup and hip drive tips are spot on for adding real speed and power to the knees.

I tried doing that at first and I was not as powerful as her. Then I realized she was using her waist at the same time.

Cute. However the average dude with no training would destroy this cute, petite little butterfly in a street fight. Cute though

Only Calvinists can answer this question. What makes you, Dinesh D'Souza or Jenna Ellis 🐊 different than the unsaved? Is it what they did? Or is it what Jesus did? Who gets ALL the Glory?

"I think what makes Luigi's Day Out work unlike Racist Mario is that the former is more creative. Like Mario gets Luigi hurt in various ways usually straight out of the game, and when Luigi gets payback, we linger on it. tl;dr it's funnier"

Early work! Sam Huff working on vertical moves, knee and foot alignment to move laterally and the RKD read and reset. If you practice with intent and pay attention to details it becomes who and what you are. You have to put in the work. MLB #baseball #catching Texas Rangers

Your knees may not be the problem. Watch the foot.🦶 When the foot loses a stable connection with the ground, the knee can become part of the compensation. Look at the sequence: Foot → ankle → knee → hip A change at the bottom can influence what happens above it. But here's the part people often miss: Don't immediately try to “fix” the knee. First ask: • Is the foot maintaining a stable tripod? • Is the big toe staying connected to the ground? • Is the ankle able to move without the foot collapsing? • Can the knee track over the foot while you squat? The knee doesn't exist in isolation. Sometimes the better question isn't “What's wrong with my knee?” It's: “What is my knee being asked to compensate for?”

Anthropic engineer: "You're not supposed to watch Claude Code work. You're supposed to wake up and review what it shipped." In 22 minutes she builds the whole workflow live, step by step. Most people close their laptop and everything stops, this setup keeps running in a loop and gets better the longer it works. Watch the video, then save the exact setup below.

Honestly had never seen the sissy squat apparatus used like this (this is Robby Robinson, a golden age legend) It makes sense as the middle quad muscle crosses the knee and hip. Makes it into an interesting Ab+Quadriceps exercise

Duke has never lacked talent. However, what I’ve wanted is a little more edge in the frontcourt… an enforcer who embraces the dirty work and makes opponents feel uneasy. That’s why Lewis Uvwo catches my attention.
