All Narendra Modi does in Parliament is use foul language to target the Opposition. Sometimes he should recognise the realities of the country and the suffering of people. Mamata Banerjee is a chief minister always with the people in their hour of need, while Modi is focussed on changing his clothes 5 times a day.
