If a "good cop" does nothing when bad cop breaks the law, the "good cop" is a bad cop as well. This is the majority of them. Qualified Immunity allows all of them to break the law. No accountability

There are definitely good and non-racist cops. But the make up of an institution can eclipse the individual members. If the institution attracts racists as it’s members then they institution is racist, and a disproportionate amount of it members are racist.

Not at all, and there is no statistical data to suggest that in any way!! These people are prime examples of how brainwashing has worked in America and has given the criminals in this country more praises than law enforcement!! The criminals all just happen to be colored people!
