Brother, I know the fog and weakness hit hard, but right now is exactly when you need to force yourself to train. Hit the gym or go hard on a run today -- it speeds up your recovery and cuts the chance of another relapse. One slip doesn’t define you. Get back on it physically and the mental strength will follow.

However, I think on a day like today I will take the insults if it helps anybody I am posting this on World Suicide Prevention Day with the chance it can help. I was driving home a few days ago and randomly started thinking about Marc and wondering what he was up to. I hadn’t seen him in almost 10 years.
