When saying goodbye to someone, always leave with kindness. You never know when it's your last time together. I made that mistake in my life and it haunts me to this day.

Aw man. Jackie was a rough one dude. 💚🫂 Hell even the feeling of losing someone with how she describes it, It hits close to home.

Last moments with my great grandfather, I and my mother were the last people on earth he still remembered. He had been declining for years and Alzheimer's is such a cruel disease. We said our good byes and a couple hours later he fell asleep and he forgot how to keep his own heart beating. He went peacefully. I'm at the age now as my kids get closer to graduating high school and move on to their own lives that I hope I can go with a smile and knowing they will think back warmly on me. sad thought but with the hope the future will be better and better for them. :)

i think if more people realized how important that mentality is, we'd live in a much better place... I've been made fun of before for saying "i love you" too much to friends and family, how much i apreciate certain mentors in my life, but you really never know tomorrow...

This is actually true That's why every time my mom drops me off at work I say I love her and I will see her later Because i never know what might happen when she dissappear during the morning when its pitch black out and thsir are scary drivers out on the highway

Hearing Yomi being emotional kinda hit me some kinda way. I hope you have a good one Yomi, hope your day is amazing 🫶🏼

YOU....... STOP REMINDING ME OF JACKIE

Thank you for being here, Yomi.

Stuff like this is why I love cyberpunk. Behind all the cyberware and technology, it’s a story about how we’re all human. Nobody is a hero. We all fuck up. To truly live, you have to try to minimize your regrets. I wish I was better at that.

See this hits me in a hard way, my last conversation with my uncle was I can't play call of duty with you I'm busy and I have to work before he died from a sickness, we were fine and got along, super close...but I try not to make work my #1 priority since that was our last moment
