More footage of the first documented cougar family in Minnesota in the past century. Volume up for the full experience. More to come soon! Our goal is to learn as much as we can about these cougars in the coming months. But we could really use some help covering costs associated with this research. For instance, we collected 9 scats at this kill and they are on their way to a lab for genetic analysis to try to get individual genetics and determine what western population the mom and dad originated from. Genetic samples cost ~$55-70 per sample, depending on the type and quality of the sample. This is truly a historic day for cooperation between Ukraine and Sweden. Today, there is a new support package from Sweden, and this support opens up a new level for us in saving the lives of our people – in protecting our cities and communities. This package, worth $2.7 billion, includes various elements to make us stronger. In particular, it includes funding for drone production – almost $400 million. But most importantly – the Gripens. Swedish fighter jets that will definitely strengthen our air fleet and our air defense. More than $2 billion in support from this package is specifically for the aircraft. We expect to receive the first capabilities – the first Gripens – within the next ten months. For our part, we will do everything possible to make it happen. Importantly, these aircraft will come with the weapons package, which will also help protect us against Russian guided aerial bombs. We are talking a squadron of Gripens for Ukraine, and it is extremely significant support for us. If you think about some of the most spirited debates we’re having in our party right now—and they are important, and I don’t mean to smooth over those debates—we’re arguing about how to help ordinary folks. I’d rather be having that argument and be in this party than the party that is focused on giving billionaires tax cuts. I presented her with the Order of Merit, II class, for her significant personal contribution to strengthening our cooperation and supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. It is extremely important for us when partners personally visit such places and support the reconstruction of our schools and kindergartens. We discussed defense support. Latvia is a leader in the Drone Coalition. This year, it has supplied Ukraine with about 12,000 drones, and this is vital support for our defense. We also focused on the diplomatic situation.
