The Reflection Pool is really a microcosm for the Trump admin's handling of all their campaign promises: 1) big claims 2) rushed job with lots of flowery press releases 3) reality sets in that the claims are untrue 4) distractions and blame thrown on innocent party 5) quietly start the actual project with no timeline and minimal reportable results 6) hope some other failure will distract and the public will lose interest
