The major cyber attack on Marks and Spencer has been reportedly linked to a notorious teenage hacking gang. The group, known as 'Scattered Spider', has previously targeted major US companies, including MGM Resorts and Caesars Casino. Richard Gaisford has the latest.

@richardgaisford Marks and Spencer has a market cap of close to £8 billion and yet it’s taken down by a teenage hacking gang. I wonder how much of that £8 billion is spent on protecting M&S network and data security? Precious little, I suspect.
