We better have this type of stone work on every corner in the near future.

how big can you guys go

The largest block we can handle is 14ft tall and 20 tons but we can stack stone 500 feet in the air if we want.

How much does a statue like this cost?

W

Super cool

You should do the Parthenon Marbles next.

So when do you tell us this is how it was always done?

You are getting better.

Looks nice.. Have you looked into performing the finishing touches using cobots? For instance, a method where a precision 3D scanner scans the part, and then a cobot equipped with a sanding tool carries out the final finishing or machining operations?

Nice for a flat surface. There isn’t a flat enough surface here

Flat surface is not the point. Scanning the the surface and making correction by a cobot and a belt sander.

Must be able to chisel, file, and sand with utmost delicacy and judgement

That’s what i am talking about.. New generation scanners can scan with a tolerance of 0.02 mm. there should be a solution that can help to your business. For the finishing touch: scanner+cobot+AI

How would you say you split efforts between trying to bring down cost vs. scale production vs. improve quality?

Did ChatGPT design that?

Hail Athena

Thanks for sharing this

So cool. Would love to build bridges with this technology

So this is how they did it

You guys should do a museum exposition on how you make these. I would be the first in line to watch it.
