Gun oil and cleaners penetrate metal. I'm not sure all the harmful chemicals would be removed even if cleaned well. At least the tin foil kept some of the powder burn off. Again, nasty chemicals. It's a cool stunt, but I would expect the NRA to acknowledge a "don't try this at home" before it goes viral. It's potentially toxic. What I would like more is the NRA to spend our money reversing all this Biden gun control. Stop cooking the bacon and bring the bacon home!
