All of his videos are on YouTube. They’re amazing, HE’s AMAZING!!
Britain, built by men in boiler suits , destroyed by assholes in suits 🙏❤️❤️🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
Ah, the tyranny of total sobriety at work. I started working in the 1980s when lunchtime drinking was still acceptable in a wide range of workplaces, although not all, of course. At Courage Brewery HO, Anchor Terrace, Southwark, there was free beer and wine available at lunch!
This might be the first video in fifteen years I've seen if someone climbing a ladder the correct way...
what a legend he was. loved watching him knck the towers down and how he used to climb with old wooden ladders.
Fred inspired the Duracell ad. A remarkable chap. What always impressed me, was that even though his hands and face were caked in 200 years of soot and coal dust, his cheese butties remained as white as snow
They don’t make them like that anymore!
I work up ladders everyday, this is how I climb, hands on the outside, been told I should be holding the rungs, never going to change it, but any thoughts
No myth. He was genuine, a character and a natural broadcaster. Much missed
"After 5 pints they wereQuite full of beans" 🤣🍻🙏 RIP Fred
Absolute Legend..
5 pints a day would cost a small fortune in today's money the way it's taxed.
The world will never see the like of Fred again!

Where's his helmet and hi-viz?! What a legend.
Good old Fred! I bought his book when he came to our local theatre and he wrote me a lovely birthday message in his unique calligraphic handwriting!
I inherited one of my Grandfathers wooden ladders. I couldn’t lift it!! 😳
Was an absolute legend this man.
Im glad I lived during that period of our history. Unfortunately because I did I know exactly how life is now compared to back then.
Legendary man with a legendary attitude to life and work
