The mere fact that chancers were allowed to erect illegal structures inside JHB CBD is beyond comprehension. Often, this is caused by years of weak, indecisive and grossly incompetent leadership that has led Johannesburg Metro for many years. Bylaws are to be rigorously enforced, not negotiated!

Politicians can be wrong, and often are, but when a former MI6 chief speaks, he is not offering an opinion.
