Yeah, wait until millions of people decide not to pay rent anymore, sabotage, revolt and demand fairness. The rich still have necks, no? Financial machine/banks just got too big and is devouring everything, particularly homes, driving prices too high

not quite right. It was an aberration, that rose after WWII because of very specific post war conditions that cannot be duplicated. in fact, it only lasted for about 15-20 years. remember, it started with the GI bill that gave loans to the returning solders.

Richard Dolan spoke about this 10+ years ago in this lecture, which keeps deleting and uploading. He says middle class was *allowed* historical anomaly. It starts ca 41 minutes. The whole video is very well worth watching

The Western world has effectively been running up the credit card bill to give the illusion of wealth. Be interesting when the bill comes due. Though the credit card might of tide us over just long enough for the advent of AI and robotics to pay the bill. Guess we will find out.

It was not an "experiment".

What really needs to happen is that the entire world needs to be at War and 40% to 50% of all the people in between 18 and 25 need to disappear in a very short amount of time. All those who are left over, come home and have a life.
