The Monster Squad released 39 years ago today. 14 August 1987 🐺

Never gets enough credit, such a great film!

...wolfman has nards

I saw this at the movies by myself during the school holidays. My first creature feature. It was excellent.

Growing up I def preferred the goonies but monster squad vhs got just as much mileage

Probably my favorite movie when I was a kid.

Wolfman’s got nards.

Underrated

This movie doesn't get talked about enough

Been meaning to rewatch this for YEARS!!!! So underrated. The 80's gave us so many gems like this. Definitely watching it tonight. Loved this film as a kid. Thanks for the reminder 👍

Saw this one in the theater back in the day.

Damn not that many people know about this amazing movie ....hahaha what a great . movie

"Phoebe." That part was so sad.. You don't mess with his friends..

Bogus

Still a very fun family movie. 😁👍🍿🎥

Wolfman’s got nards!

"I'm in the GOD DAMN CLUB, aren't I?"

Love this movie

Best version of the wolf man ever

Nards

Scary German guy

Van Helsing: The Good Version.

Never heard of it. Looks good.

Credit to this film for having the most updated look for the Creature from the Black Lagoon. All the other Universal Studios monsters have had multiple looks and stories told. Nothing for him yet. And it's been how long?

When I first saw this. I had Castlevania in my head.

Such a fun movie 💯

This is one movie I hope never get remade/rebooted or otherwise screwed with. It's not perfect but its standing the test of time better than most other movies

y ahii estuve yo en el cine. cn mi mamá 🤗🤗

Jonathan Gries in another wonderful werewolf role!

It was terrible.

I’ve tried and tried but I can’t sit through this movie. 🤷‍♂️
