The biggest mistake I see people make when they start carnivore is the same mistake I made. Trying to do everything perfectly from day one. That is not a plan. That is a setup for failure. Here is what actually works. Stop trying to be perfect and start adding in the good things. More meat. More eggs. More real food. That is it. Something really cool happens when you do that. The more good things you add in, the less room there is for the things you are trying to crowd out. You are not white knuckling it. You are not depriving yourself. You are just filling your plate with better and better things until there is no space left for the rest. Progress is not just good enough. Progress IS the goal. You do not have to be perfect to change your life. You just have to start. 👑

Watters: If we gerrymander and they gerrymander, we have a 20 seat advantage. We have a supreme court 6-3 majority. Just the way the geography is in the senate, you're always good to have more advantages for Republicans that way. If you can lock this in with what they are trying to do, the democratic party is screwed and that's what we've been trying to accomplish for the last three decades. The work around this is signing up for USPS digital or online account and it is free service. It sends you an image scan via email of the current postal mail to be delivered that day so the proof of what was delivered or not is given to you. You get a notification everyday whether you have mail or not. I don't know if this service varies by state so consider looking into the availability for your postal zip code covered area. . 's a state-by-state. If you can get this access depending on the state you live in. But I believe every state should have the account. You can set it up, it's easy. And then you can see your mail. That's coming.
