LOL For a while I lived in a fairly small 1920s bungalow house. My upstairs bedroom was a loft with no door. At the foot of the stairs was an open doorway that led to the room where my five parrots were. In the morning, they didn’t shriek, but would start to talk to each other: Macaw: Want some breakfast? First Mini Macaw: I want some POPCORN. Macaw: Breakfast time! African Grey: <whistles like opera> Sun Conure: Cheep! Other Mini Macaw: Oh! Oh! Macaw: Time for breakfast! First Mini Macaw: Wanna play peek-a-boo? Macaw: Peek-a-boo! Then they would start throwing kisses to each other. It was a great way to wake up. 😂
