Move the stick with the horse's rear until it's tamed - Do not press any other buttons, not even the right analog stick as that will change the direction required to maintain taming because taming direction is based on the angle of your camera You can do this with low stamina. I've done this on a legendary horse with no stamina upgrades very early in my playthrough. Just focus on holding the camera still, and your left stick facing the horse's rear and Bob's your uncle. Alright let’s talk about rhythm shooting Here is a sequence of me interchanging between shooting with the button and shooting with the stick. I am showing you this so that you know I know how to time my damn shot. I’ve also posted plenty of videos and you can see I’m shooting with the button in all of them. Up until yesterday I pretty much shot exclusively with the button at about 70% from 3pt. But now shooting with the stick I am shooting ever so slightly better. The only advantage I feel like rhythm shooting has over button is when no dip / quick catch shooting. Which is important don’t get me wrong. But I just don’t understand the outrage people have over this shooting mechanic. People that are good at the game can shoot 70+ with either button or the stick so who cares?

Plus you can actually hit full depth without your form falling apart, unlike loading up a barbell on your back. No ego lifting either. I have never played an FPS on a controller in my life. Literally not 1 hour. Only thing I played on controller is adventure single player games and FIFA. After a horrible 2 days of XDefiant Ranked without Input Based Matchmaking (the best thing about XDefiant pubs) I took an Xbox controller and plugged it in to try in 3 TDM games. I had to see how this thing works. There's no way it sticks this F'n hard LMAO. Like I don't even know a good grip for controller, I play on default button layout and no paddles, don't know any tricks etc. There's no way I should be able to go positive KD yet I do. I can't imagine how easy it is for an even little experienced controller player against MnK. And people said AA isn't strong in this game, I can only imagine how bad it is in COD. Mark Rubin PATTYP we don't want AA nerfed, if controller players like it this hard, let them have it. However we NEED input based matchmaking for ranked. Some of us really don't care to stick to pubs, we need ranked. And against this there's no comp integrity. There's 2 clips in here where I accidentally killed another guy after the one I was aiming at because AA gifted me a snap to him. There's 2 clips of some poor mnk cleaner and an mnk echelon in THEIR ULTS losing to my AA. The only fitting song for this clip: WTF. Stick protection is obviously an important part of being a good lacrosse player, but too often, stick protection is a focal point of teaching when learning to protect your stick situationally is more realistic. Furthermore, so often when players get trail checked, stick protection becomes the theme for improvement when really the solution lies in the realm of deception. Players often get steps on defenders and get checked on their shot; they get pushed, checked on their hands, trail checked, etc. Offensive players would score more goals if they didn’t get checked as they were shooting. The key to not getting checked is to use deception to draw checks before you want to shoot using various hitches. A defender can’t check twice in a row, so if you draw a check early, your hands will be free to shoot. This will also eliminate the ability for defenders to trail-check you.

Stick protection is obviously an important part of being a good lacrosse player, but too often, stick protection is a focal point of teaching when learning to protect your stick situationally is more realistic. Furthermore, so often when players get trail checked, stick protection becomes the theme for improvement when really the solution lies in the realm of deception. Players often get steps on defenders and get checked on their shot; they get pushed, checked on their hands, trail checked, etc. Offensive players would score more goals if they didn’t get checked as they were shooting. The key to not getting checked is to use deception to draw checks before you want to shoot using various hitches. A defender can’t check twice in a row, so if you draw a check early, your hands will be free to shoot. This will also eliminate the ability for defenders to trail-check you.
