The vague provisions criminalised "false" & "misleading" data and reintroduced criminal defamation that I participated in striking out. I've opposed this law since 2018. COA agreed they're too broad, "akin to unguided missiles," & likely to net innocent citizens. Fines up to 5M/10 yrs prison gone for those provisions!
