What a ding dong, yes let's waste more taxpayers money on a committee that all they are gonna do is say 21+ years to purchase, all products coming into NC subject to regular testing, probably add an excise tax, must have a special permit to sell cannabis products, no smoking in public places, no dispensaries near any school. Or how about we just legalize recreational cannabis and NC can start taking in billions with a B of taxes.
