#WATCH | Alappuzha, Kerala: On the FCRA and Delimitation, AICC General Secretary and Congress MP KC Venugopal says, “There are rumours that they will bring the delimitation Bill and the FCRA Bill... Our Leader of Opposition told the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs clearly that, first of all, HM Amit Shah should come to Parliament and give a statement on the atrocities against students in Delhi... Only then will we cooperate with the government on any discussion. On delimitation, it is very clear that the government should call an all-party meeting... As for the FCRA Bill, we are not going to allow the government to pass it. It is an anti-Constitution Bill...” (09.08.2026)

#WATCH | On RJD leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui's reported statement on the Women's Reservation Bill, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi says, "...If you see RJD's stance in Parliament, you can see that they have given their support to the Women's Reservation Bill... Not only RJD but several other parties had said that reservations for OBC women should be given in this... So what he (Abdul Bari Siddiqui) says now is not relevant... Every woman who votes has a right, and if they have the vision to participate in Parliament, then it is their right...This right was denied to them for many years, and the Women's Reservation Bill has provided it... Unfortunately, the bill that should have been implemented in 2024 has been postponed for a future date...It is not clear when it will be implemented."

Jim Harbaugh says if you really want something you should stop pretending the price is negotiable “We all feel we have the talent, we have the commitment, we have everything we need. Let’s just go do it. And then that costs what it costs.” “It’s everybody willing to pay the price to do that. Ultimately, if you want something bad enough, then you’re going to pay the price to get it. Costs what it costs.” “And if you’re not willing to pay the price for it, then quit pretending that you want it. That’s where I feel the mindset of our football team is right now.”

#WATCH | Jagtial, Telangana: BRS working president KT Rama Rao says, "Women's Reservation Bill was already passed by the Parliament in 2023. There was no need for this Bill to be linked with the delimitation exercise. Knowing fully well that if 2011's census or latest census becomes the basis for delimitation, southern India will lose out heavily. Modi Govt introduced this Bill, which they knew very well, will not be able to get the 2/3rd majority that is required for a Constitutional amendment. Therefore, we as BRS, certainly express our deep concern and deep protest with respect to stifling the voice of southern India in the Parliament. We request and demand the Union Govt to fulfill the promise given to the women of this country because the Bill was already passed in 2023 with respect to women's reservation. If you have to do it, you can do with the 543 at present. All that we would like to tell you is make sure that the 24% seats that the south of India today has in the Parliament is kept intact. If that is not kept intact, this will lead to severe protest and resentment from the people of south India who have contributed to this nation in a big way..."

Today we met our parents, the workers of the University of the Western Cape (UWC), to outline the EFF's Insourcing Bill, which is at an advanced stage in Parliament. We promised them that we will bring the EFF TG, Commissar Omphile Maotwe, who is championing it. Outsourcing is the most exploitative and cruel practice in our public institutions. Only the corrupt, who want to benefit from tenders, will support outsourcing while workers receive slave wages and abusive treatment. The EFF Bill will ensure that workers are insourced, and receive full benefits. It’s time to empower our people directly, not ANC Tenderpreneurs.

#WATCH | Rajouri, J&K: An intern doctor says, "... Our only demand is an increased stipend. In 2023, it was proposed, and a committee was formed, but since then, there has been no discussion or implementation on our stipend. It is high time that the state takes action. Doctors who are interns are the first medical contact, and if they have to come onto the streets for their basic rights, it is high time. We don't want any promises or assurances like “we will do it,” “it will happen,” “we will see,” or “we will look into it.” What we want is action."
