During my conversation with 'Glucose Goddess' Jessie Inchauspé, she unpacked what actually happens in your body when you drink juice... Whole fruit contains fibre and water, which slow how quickly sugar enters your bloodstream. But when you juice it, that fibre disappears. What you’re left with is mostly water and sugar, and she pointed out that a glass of orange juice contains roughly the same amount of sugar as a soda - around 25 grams! Adding a little bit of sparkling water or club soda to the mix helps give bubbles (which I find super helpful for nausea) but without being overpowering. This nice balance helps me to drink more. I also find the ginger and lime to be helpful for nausea (although you can sub the lime for a lower histamine/tyramine alternative if needed). The owner of a real estate company thought it would be fun to build everyone their own tiny home as an office instead of the typical boring cubicles. He felt that it would be more private for them and it would be fun for the to customize and make it their own. When the workers get to work they seem to be at a home away from home. They are happier and more productive. Would you want to work in your own home office like this or should he just let them have cubicles like everyone else?

Most people are shocked to see this video, complaining about hygiene and chemicals used to make mango juice. What if I told you this factory would easily rank in the top 5% of the most hygienic juice factories in India? As for the ingredients, this is how juices in India are made. Actual fruit, whether as pulp or concentrate powder, is rarely more than 20%, not even in Maaza, Frooti, or Slice. The rest is sugar, water, preservatives, acidity regulators, colours, flavours, etc. And all of this is mentioned on the label. But you don’t read it. You get convinced by misleading ads and brand names and assume you’re drinking something healthy. You’re not. Eat real fruits, after thoroughly washing them to reduce pesticide intake, and make your own juice.

This is something you would never see unless you physically cut your strawberries These could easily be eaten or just thrown into a smoothie Now these aren’t harmful to humans but they are extremely unpleasant to eat. And even cause the inside of the strawberry to be mushy Instead of cutting you can do the salt water soak test. Submerge berries in warm salty water for 15–30 minutes

Thank you all so much for your suggestions!! Looking forward to trying some of them. I couldn’t wait to try these so I thought simply frying peppers with sea salt and a squirt of lemon juice was the way to go. Next time I'm definitely making a cool yogurt sauce to dip them in.
