For most of human history, we were constantly grounded. It’s a bit more difficult in the modern world but well worth the extra effort. Let’s look at some examples of how truly powerful something as simple as grounding can be:

Example 1: Before (left) and After (right) of 3 individuals blood after just 40 minutes of grounding.

Example 2: Severely lowered inflammation after just 4 nights of sleeping grounded.

Example 3: Another example of heavily improved levels of inflammation.

Example 4-7 There’s a whole sea of interesting studies. Why isn’t it front page news? Oh. There’s no money in it.

Example 7-10 Another sample of interesting studies. Shout it from the roof tops.

As for my own routine, I’m barefoot as much as possible when the climate allows. Then of course I run a footwear brand (we don’t make grounded shoes, maybe in the future) which I wear whenever I can’t be barefoot. @WydeFootwear

And in my future very zen home I will make the floor totally grounded. What a healing place ⚡️
