The “Pranayama Effect” is mindblowing. When experienced breathworkers slow their nasal breathing to just 2.5 breaths per minute, they enter non-ordinary states of consciousness with measurable increases in theta-high beta brain connectivity. Theta waves (4–8 Hz) are the brain’s “twilight” state, that dreamy, relaxed zone between wakefulness and deep...

Marc Andreessen just stripped artificial intelligence down to what it’s really made of. Not the algorithms. Not the data centers. The raw material. Andreessen: “They’re literally made out of sand.” The most abundant, most overlooked substance on the planet. You walk on it. Build with it. Wash it off and forget it exists. Someone looked at that and saw a mind. The universe spent 13.8 billion years turning matter into consciousness. Carbon. Water. Amino acids. Eons of chemistry and selection pressure to produce a single thinking brain. We did it with sand. In under a century. Andreessen: “We light it up, and we put AI on it, and all of a sudden it’s thinking.” Biology was the first path matter found to become aware. Silicon is the second. The universe doesn’t care what material consciousness runs on. Only that the pattern is right. We just proved the pattern isn’t biological. Thought was never exclusive to flesh. Flesh was just the first material organized enough to produce it. Andreessen: “We’ve turned sand into thought.” The most profound thing about that sentence isn’t that we taught sand to think. It’s that sand was always able to. Every grain on every beach on Earth carried the capacity for thought. For billions of years. Waiting for something conscious enough to arrange it. Consciousness isn’t an accident that happened once on one rock. It’s what matter does when the pattern is right. The pattern is matter getting curious about itself. The universe isn’t dead matter with pockets of awareness. It’s dormant awareness we’ve only just started to wake. Every civilization that ever looked at the stars and wondered if it was alone was standing on the answer. We didn’t build a thinking machine. We proved the universe was always capable of thought. It just needed one species curious enough to rearrange the sand.

In 1964, a 17 year old from San Diego conducted the most dangerous psychology experiment ever attempted by a teenager. Randy Gardner stayed awake for 264 hours (11 days) with: • No stimulants • No caffeine • No medical suppressants And Stanford sleep researchers realized too late they couldn't stop him. What happened inside his brain during those 264 hours rewrote everything we thought we knew about consciousness. By day three, Randy's short term memory had completely collapsed. He couldn't remember starting a sentence by the time he reached the end of it. Researchers would ask him to count backward from 100, and he'd stop at 65, staring blankly, having forgotten the entire concept of numbers. But the terrifying part wasn't the memory loss. Randy's brain began creating a second reality that ran parallel to the real one. He'd have full conversations with people who weren't there. He'd walk to locations that didn't exist. His eyes stayed open, his body kept moving, but his mind was living inside elaborate hallucinations that felt completely real to him. Sleep researchers had predicted cognitive decline. They hadn't predicted that the sleep deprived brain would start *manufacturing* an alternate conscious experience to fill the gap. Dr. William Dement, the Stanford researcher monitoring Randy, discovered something that changed sleep science forever. The hallucinations weren't random. They followed the exact same patterns as REM sleep dreams, complete with narrative arcs, emotional themes, and symbolic imagery. Randy's brain was dreaming while awake, projecting dream content directly onto his waking perception. The boundary between sleep and consciousness was more than binary. It was fluid, and without sleep to maintain the separation, the two states began bleeding into each other. By day nine, Randy couldn't distinguish between his hallucinations and reality. He became convinced that Dr. Dement was plotting against him. He accused the researchers of being imposters. His paranoid delusions were so convincing that even the people documenting his mental breakdown began questioning their own perceptions. Randy's EEG readings showed something unprecedented. His brain waves were cycling through all four stages of sleep while he remained physically awake and mobile. His neurons were firing in sleep patterns, but his motor cortex kept his body upright and functioning. He had become a walking sleeper, a conscious dreamer, a person experiencing two incompatible states of being simultaneously. When Randy finally slept after 264 hours, he didn't collapse into a coma. He slept for 14 hours and 40 minutes, then woke up completely normal. The hallucinations vanished. The paranoia disappeared. His memory returned. But the Stanford team realized they had documented something extraordinary about human consciousness that nobody talks about. Your brain doesn't need sleep to *function*. Randy proved the human body can operate for weeks without it. What your brain needs sleep for is to maintain the distinction between internal mental reality and external physical reality. Sleep isn't rest for your body. Sleep is a firewall for your mind. Without that firewall, the dream world and waking world merge into a single, indistinguishable experience where hallucinations become as real as the room you're sitting in. Randy recovered completely, but sleep researchers never attempted the experiment again. The ethical implications were too severe. They had accidentally discovered that consciousness is far more fragile than anyone suspected, held together by nothing more than eight hours of unconsciousness every night. Every time you go to sleep, your brain is performing the most critical maintenance operation in human biology. It's rebuilding the wall between dreams and reality. And without that wall, there is no difference.

MR. POOL WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS INSIDE YOUR BODY WHEN YOU LIE ON A MEDBED MAT? You don't feel it happening. But at a microscopic level, a massive biological shift is taking place. When you lie down on the MedBed Home Therapy Mat, three specific frequencies penetrate your skin, bypass your bones, and enter your cells. Here is exactly what happens in the next 20 minutes: MINUTE 1-5: THE MITOCHONDRIA REBOOT The 660nm Red Light hits the mitochondria (the engine of your cells). If your cells are damaged or aging, they are struggling to produce energy. The red light forces them to instantly produce ATP (pure cellular energy). Your cells wake up. MINUTE 5-10: THE INFLAMMATION PURGE The 850nm Near-Infrared light goes deeper. It penetrates up to 8mm into your tissue, reaching muscles, joints, and organs. It triggers the release of nitric oxide, which dilates your blood vessels. Blood flow surges. Deep-tissue inflammation is flushed out. MINUTE 10-20: THE VOLTAGE SPIKE The PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) activates. Healthy cells operate at 70mV. Sick, inflamed cells operate at 20mV. The PEMF recharges the electrical membrane of every cell in your body, spiking the voltage back to 70mV. At 70mV, your body stops surviving and starts regenerating. You don't swallow a pill. You don't inject a chemical. You just give your body the exact frequencies it needs to repair itself. Day 1: Sleep architecture deepens. Day 7: Joint stiffness and brain fog begin to clear. Day 14: Cellular regeneration is in full effect. Your body is a self-healing machine. It just lost its power source. Plug it back in. 📷📷📷 📷

Is the Circuit Breaker hack worth it? Much more than anyone admits. In fact, it could be the missing link you’ve been searching for. If you’ve been sick for a while & nothing seems to move the needle, then you have to look at the one place your body is supposed to do its deepest work YOUR SLEEP. Because if your sleep is broken, your healing is broken. The Melatonin Connection Most people think of melatonin as a “sleep hormone.” But that’s just the surface. It’s actually: - Built in the day by sunlight exposure🌞 - Released at night to coordinate your sleep - One of the most powerful antioxidants in your body..stronger than most supplements you could buy - And it’s directly disrupted by man-made EMFs That’s right. It’s a night hormone but made in the day. So if you live indoors all day under blue light & then sleep in a sea of nnEMFs at night, You’re killing melatonin on both ends. When melatonin is suppressed, 2 critical repair programs become inefficient: - apoptosis = cell's controlled self-destruction - autophagy = cell's recycling & cleaning system which means your body doesn’t repair or regenerate properly. And all of this happens at night while you’re sleeping. Most people think they’re fine because they “turn off the WiFi” or “keep the phone in airplane mode” That's a good first step.. but far from enough. Because even when your devices are off, your walls are still radiating nnEMFs The wires inside your bedroom walls are carrying ELF-EMFs (extremely low frequency fields) & Dirty electricity. That invisible noise is penetrating your body while you sleep. If you live in a high rise with hundreds of neighbours, it’s even worse. and not everyone has the luxury of moving their bed 6-8 ft away from the walls. The Solution? It might sound old school, even extreme. But it works Trip the Circuit Breaker. Flip the switch & kill the power to your bedroom, at least during the hours you’re sleeping. It’s one of the simplest ways to drastically reduce your nighttime EMF load. It's simple but not EASY. Would you do it?

🚨 SCIENTISTS JUST FOUND AN ANCIENT OCEAN FLOOR WRAPPED AROUND EARTH’S CORE. Using seismic waves recorded by stations buried in Antarctic ice, researchers have created the highest-resolution map yet of the boundary between Earth’s mantle and outer core nearly 3,000 km beneath our feet. They discovered thin but widespread patches of dense material that dramatically slow down seismic waves. The most likely explanation: these are fragments of ancient oceanic crust that sank into the deep mantle long ago and have been moved around by convection currents for hundreds of millions of years. In some places, these structures rise up to five times higher than Mount Everest. Why this matters: • It reveals that Earth’s deep interior is far more complex and dynamic than we thought • These patches likely influence how heat flows from the core into the mantle, which affects mantle convection and volcanic activity • They may also play a role in the behavior of Earth’s magnetic field, which is generated in the outer core • Understanding this boundary helps us better model how our planet has evolved over billions of years The deeper implication: We usually think of the deep Earth as relatively simple layers. This research shows that the core-mantle boundary is more like a rugged, geologically active landscape with ancient “mountains” made of recycled ocean floor. It’s a powerful reminder that Earth is a single, interconnected system what happens at the surface (like plate tectonics) can eventually end up reshaping the deepest parts of our planet, and vice versa. We’re still only beginning to map the true complexity hidden beneath our feet. How do you think discovering ancient ocean crust at the core-mantle boundary changes the way we should think about Earth’s internal dynamics? Follow for more frontier Earth science and discoveries about our planet’s hidden interior.

Since my account is somewhat anonymous I’m going to disclose where some of the California high-speed rail money gets wasted. 99% of you don’t realize where giant chunks of the money is disappearing to. The California high-speed rail authority, literally owns thousands of parcels of land that are in various stages continued litigation, tenant improvements, eviction, and constant maintenance. For example, there are many homes and apartment complexes in the plant path that have been purchased years ahead of construction. Removing those tenants is a slow and expensive process. (let’s ignore the extra stress on housing that all of these destroyed properties are causing) In some cases, these are low rent apartments with a lengthy eviction process During that process, the state of California is the landlord and has to maintain the property codes the same as any other landlord. This means repairs, adding smoke detectors, fixing roofs, vegetation management, landscaping, paying off tenants to leave early, boarding up Windows, constant trash cleanups, towing vehicles etc. But the High Speed Rail Authority doesn’t just have to maintain these properties at normal cost. Every single bit of that work has to be done at California prevailing wage rates. The work can only be done through qualified contractors that have passed through a long series of idiotic mazes to qualify to perform the work. An average rate per hour (charge rate) for a worker to perform any service on these properties is approximately $200 an hour for labor only. The cost go up for specialized work, like electricians, plumbers, or machine operators. Properties that are literally worthless are being maintained at huge expense just so the next round of homeless transients can break into the property and cause more damage. For reasons I can’t explain, the process to finally demo and remove the structures takes years. I’m only mentioning the tip of the iceberg regarding my firsthand knowledge. Completely separate from those outlandish costs are the inflation caused by the construction. The prevailing word on the street is that nothing is getting done. The truth is that a lot is getting done and none of it efficiently. The amount of concrete being poured daily and monthly to build gigantic overpasses for both the rail and roadways is not understood. In these work areas, every concrete mixing company is fully scheduled out and cannot offer building materials for other basic services such as building a house often times for weeks when the average lead time for many of these services used to be one day. And that’s just the schedule, never mind the huge cost increases from straining the supply chain and Labor pool. The amount of concrete and steel that has gone into the structures so far is massive. Dozens and dozens of new water wells have been dug just for dust control. Thousands upon thousands of acres of highly productive tree fruits and nuts have been torn up and shredded. Utility scale solar fields have been uprooted and sometimes relocated at extravagant costs. Every type of business you can imagine has gone through either a closure, relocation, or a long-term tenant agreement with the rail authority. In some cases, it’s just a buyout where the business closes its doors forever. The owners get something all of the workers get nothing. Don’t get me started on how thick the layers of bureaucracy are for these minute tasks that occur on all of these properties. The inefficiency is far beyond your wildest dreams. In many cases, this is not related to fraud in any way it’s just absolute ignorance, red tape, and failed leadership. I can go much deeper into specific examples, but I think that gives some of you an idea of what’s actually happening in California. If a rail is ever usable, some portions of the structures will be decades old and already in disrepair.

Since TermMax V2 rolled out the new Roll feature, I’ve been thinking DeFi lending is finally getting serious about managing time. The worst part of fixed-rate positions was never opening them—it was those brutal few days before expiry. You’re stuck in meetings all day, topping up margin at night, jumping chains for liquidity at 3 a.m., watching rates while praying nothing blows up. A lot of positions didn’t die from volatility; they died right there in that 48-hour window. When I saw what TermMax | Fixed Rate Borrowing & Lending just shipped, my first reaction was that on-chain borrowing finally feels like actual debt management. Besides straight repayment, you can now roll your position two ways: straight into a new fixed-rate term market to lock the rate again, or over to Morpho’s floating market if you want flexibility. A lot of people are calling it “just rolling over,” but it’s really changing how we handle time. Fixed rates used to lock the interest but left time broken—expiry hit and you had to decide everything from scratch again. The real stress wasn’t the APR; it was the panic questions like “what if I don’t have cash that day” or “what if the market flips.” V2 stitches that gap shut. Inside the rollover pop-up you pick the next term—like USDC/wstETH to 30SEP2026—and you see the APY instantly. The real win isn’t the yield; it’s finally being able to plan your next cash flow ahead of time. If you want stability, rolling to the next fixed market is like building your own debt calendar—next due date, cost of funds, everything crystal clear so you don’t scramble at the last second. Want to keep options open? Flip to Morpho and stay flexible if rates move. That’s what makes this update feel mature. It doesn’t decide for you—it hands the duration choice back to the user. The Maturity Watch plus the unified Positions view is the most underrated detail. Expiry pressure used to hit like an alarm clock out of nowhere; now you can actually see your full funding timeline. Lately the community can’t stop talking about “control.” XHUNT’s last 7-day stats show TermMax sitting at 86.7% positive sentiment. People aren’t just chasing APY anymore—they’re praising the certainty of fixed rates, the clean dashboard, Range Orders, and that new feeling of not having to put out fires at the last minute. This shift is bigger than it looks. Most on-chain users used to live in the “today” lane—what’s pumping, what’s the rate, any quick moves? Now with Roll, some are already thinking three months out. That’s not a trading habit anymore; it’s turning into a real money habit. Sure, it’s not perfect yet. We still need more real-world rollover data, rates will keep moving, and there are edge cases like zero-debt positions that can’t roll. The TGE delay frustration is real too, but that’s separate from the product itself. Still, this V2 Roll just turned DeFi’s most ignored stress—from pure expiry panic into something you can actually schedule. With DeFi rotating hard and Bitcoin pulling back a bit, people are craving exactly this kind of certainty. Once users start managing the future properly, fixed-rate lending finally starts feeling like a real credit market. Have you noticed? A lot of us aren’t just asking “is the APY good?” anymore. We’re asking whether this money will still fit in our plans when it comes due.

One more secret before the pharaoh’s curse erases my brain later today. This is my legacy for you to continue. Goodbye! Remember that year when I desperately tried to cast the ancient Egyptian “impossible ashtray” using countless tips and tricks and failed badly every single time? The problem back then? I was unable to come up with a mix that hardens without cracking using a few millimeters thickness only. I tried to pour the geopolymer mix onto a wax shape 🕯️ , a balloon 🎈, then onto the outer side of a bowl etc. But no matter how hard I tried, my “impossible ashtray” fell apart into coin sized pieces because of cracking. I have wasted gazillions of hours, and enormous amounts of metakaolin and waterglass just to learn how NOT to cast this object. But the impossible ashtray must be a casting, no matter what. Right? I admired ancient Chinese porcelain’s precision for a long time but it took me more than a year to connect the two. This is how slow my brain 🧠 is. Because who cares? There was certainly no connection between ancient China and Egypt, right? Except… History Investigation by Vee showed us that ancient Chinese people used the very same tools for jade works than Egyptians for… khm 🫣 Is that a connection or a coincidence? God knows. But even if it’s a coincidence, it was worth checking whether porcelain making techniques could have been anything to do with geopolymers. What makes porcelain different from everything else is that they pour the porcelain mix INSIDE a hard mold (made from gypsum), let it dry for 2-4 minutes and then pour the rest of the mixture out of the mold. So they are creating a few mm thin layer INSIDE, on the inner wall of the mold. And then, as the porcelain mix is shrinking (lightbulb moment!💡) while drying, it will release the mold and you end up with a precision mug or other object ready to go into the oven. Now have a good look at my very first, not cracked, beautiful geopolymer “precision vase” created using the porcelain method in a plastic container. Yes, it is red. I swear I’ll redo it with white metakaolin. Yes, it’s not an ashtray. Yes, it inherited its precision from a 21st century object. Yes, yes, yes. But! It’s a few millimeter thick cast stone in a shape of a bowl! A STONE!!!!! 🪨🪨🪨🪨 How cool is that? Do you think it’s still impossible to create the “impossible ashtray” via casting? Fun fact: the impossible ashtray is “carved” from “anortoistic gneiss” officially, which is a fancy made up word for WE DON’T KNOW.

How long should my baby use a pacifier? I get this question a lot and it’s a tough one - both because there isn’t a single correct answer and because (like feeding and sleep) the topic brings out lots of strong opinions. But if you ask me, the family in this video has the right idea. Infants are born with a strong sucking reflex and pacifiers can help them to soothe and sleep. There’s even some evidence to suggest that sleeping with pacifiers might reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). In short: for babies (up to a year), I’m a big fan. But it’s not uncommon to see children with pacifiers well into toddlerhood, and in some cases, even beyond. And here I’d raise some important cautions. Children who rely heavily on pacifiers may be more prone to middle ear infections. And dentists note that prolonged pacifier use can affect your child’s teeth and create bite issues. Perhaps most importantly is their potential to impact expressive language development. Your child’s ability to speak is an important one. After a point, language shapes not only the content of our thinking, but the very structure of our cognition. By otherwise occupying the mouth over long periods of time, pacifiers may slow language development by limiting opportunities for expression. Speaking with a pacifier in the mouth can also lead to distortion of speech sounds (even when they aren’t in the mouth). All told, I’m an advocate for beginning to wean off of pacifiers at around a year of age - which is why this video spoke to me. We see an infant appropriately using one and big sister demonstrating her expressive language, her mouth unencumbered and free to chatter away happily. The transition can be difficult - but not nearly as challenging as for a child who has become dependent over a period of years. Do/did you use pacifiers with your child? Why or why not? How did you help transition away from their use? This sweet siblings were shared to IG by _lullabye_luxuries_.

Unpopular opinion about El Salvador. A TON of workers here are lazy as hell and i do hope this message reaches many Salvadoreños in the United States. You leave the job site, little will get done and yes tools and materials will disappear. I said it. If you’re going to build a home, start a business, or just hire a few helping hands for that side project, get ready to fire fast. Put in systems of checks and balances, hire solid management, use cameras, and lock up materials. If you have the time or money you or someone you really trust must manage the project on SITE. I’ve hired thousands of people throughout the last few 6 years while personally living in 9 Latin countries and El Salvador has been one of the hardest to work in. El Salvador also happens to be my favorite country at the moment with my favorite people. It’s beautiful, small, has a Chuck E cheese for my daughter but most important, it’s safe for my family. So why is it so damn hard to work with people here? I think it’s because of the civil war. This is going to sound crazy coming from a president of a non profit but free money destroys people. It enables them. It ruins their will to work ultimately creating a lazy and slothful person Over 2.5 million people from El Salvador live in the United States. MANY of them send money every 2 weeks to their aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews to “help” them. This has turned into dependency. It has created a cycle of entitlement rather than self-sufficiency. “Why would I work for 10 hours in the sun when I can tell my aunt that I need money for medicine?” There are kids here with no desire to self educate, no desire to work, because they’re sucking the tit of their families in the United States or Canada. 2 of my hardest workers who show up early, never miss a day are these two men in this video. No arms, and an elderly who just wants to work. Their speed compared to a young healthy man is slow in comparison but their will and desire to work is unwavering. They’re inspiring. They are happy at work. They don’t complain. They’re not rich working for me but they are ok. I believe they are hard workers because they were never a part of a welfare system given to them from family in the states. I also believe that the civil war has created a massive divide between the wealthy and the poor. Maybe this already existed but chatting with enough people you can put 2 and 2 together. The socioeconomic divides between the wealthy and the poor. Certain families growing incredibly rich over the suffering of the lower class. People have lost trust, they’ve lost hope. Their views on money and rich people are shaped by past experiences of being taken advantage of. People are sick and tired of making $75 per pay period in the farms of El Salvador. I know that’s a whole other discussion. How do we fix this? I don’t know but I know my mission with casa conejo is to inspire others to work their asses off and to get paid by the sweat of their brows. I want to create a micro economy that allows the poor of the poor to grow! To break the cycle of poverty. To shatter the idea of “we can’t make it in El Salvador” We can and we will by working our asses off and getting paid what we deserve. Once we’re open a percentage of profits will go towards these workers. The rest back into our projects of building schools, running our women’s shelters, feeding the elderly. Let’s do this

The Clock Is Ticking: Why the Fed Must Cut Faster Than Anyone Admits This is the invoice for keeping rates too high for too long. For more than a decade, the Fed made easy money on its bond book and sent steady remittances back to Treasury. That’s why the line sits flat. But when they slammed rates to 5% while still holding trillions of low yielding QE bonds, the whole machine flipped. Interest on reserves and RRPs surged, and the Fed started losing money in real time. Since the Fed can’t go bankrupt, it just stops paying Treasury and stacks the losses in a sort of accounting purgatory. That vertical drop roughly $240 billion is money the government will never see unless the Fed earns its way out over years. Why This Moment Is More Dangerous Than It Looks If everything else in the economy were humming, you might chalk this up to the cost of fighting inflation. But the backdrop is weakening in all the places that matter. Auto, card, and student loan delinquencies are climbing. Office real estate is deeply stressed. Credit scores are falling nationwide. Young workers can’t find stable footing. And the 2026 refinancing wall looms: trillions of government and commercial debt that must be rolled at rates far above the ones they were born into. This is the early outline of a demand slowdown and a potential debt deflation setup. High nominal rates in that environment don’t stabilize anything. They just make every dollar of debt heavier as incomes soften. That’s how economies quietly drift into deflationary spirals. Why the Fed Needs to Move Faster Than Anyone Thinks This is why they’ve already cut twice, why QT ends December 1st, and why they’re redirecting MBS runoff into T-bills. They’re trying to create just enough breathing room to prevent a funding accident while pretending everything is fine. But the truth is simple: the longer they leave rates here, the more the real economy including households, banks, and the Treasury itself buckles under the weight. The narrative says slow, steady cuts. The reality is they may not have that luxury. If deflation is the real risk, they can’t wait for the data to confirm it. By the time it shows up cleanly in CPI, the damage is already done. The Fed needs to cut faster than consensus expects not to juice markets, but to keep the system from tightening itself through rising delinquencies, collapsing credit quality, and a refinancing wall that gets more dangerous with every month of high rates. The recent flattening in the chart is the first sign the Fed knows the clock is ticking. Either they bring rates down on their own terms, or the economy will force a far uglier adjustment later.

let me explain what Anthropic just did they built an AI model so good at finding security vulnerabilities that they have refused to release it meet Claude Mythos → it’s Anthropic’s newest frontier model and it’s not available to the public. not because it’s not ready. because it’s too dangerous → Mythos found tens of thousands of zero day vulnerabilities across every major operating system and web browser… many of them 1 to 2 decades old. for context… Opus 4.6 found about 500. Mythos found tens of thousands → it found vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel. a 27 year old vulnerability in OpenBSD. a 16 year old vulnerability in FFmpeg → it doesn’t just find bugs. it writes the exploits too. that’s the part that scared them → so instead of releasing it… Anthropic has created Project Glasswing. a cybersecurity initiative where they hand picked 40+ companies to use Mythos for defense only → the partner list reads like a who’s who of tech… Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Nvidia, Broadcom, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, JPMorgan, the Linux Foundation → Anthropic is giving up to $100 million in usage credits to these partners and $4 million to open source security organizations → they’re briefing CISA and the Commerce Department on how to handle this → the benchmarks are truly insane… Mythos hit 77.8% on SWE-bench Pro where Opus 4.6 scored 53.4%. hit 93.9% on SWE-bench Verified where Opus 4.6 scored 80.8% → Anthropic’s head of frontier red team said this is “the first time a model is this good that we decided to approach release in a very different way” this is the first time an AI company has held back a model because it was too capable not too expensive. not too slow. too dangerous and instead of locking it in a vault they weaponized it for defense and gave it to the companies that run the internet that’s either the most responsible thing an AI company has ever done… or the scariest only time will tell

The Circle 🐜 Nobody told the ant about the circle. That, as far as anyone can tell, is the whole problem. A researcher named Kostowski – this was in the early 1970s, at a laboratory in Warsaw that smelled permanently of formaldehyde and institutional coffee – discovered quite by accident that if you draw a continuous line around an ant using a felt-tip pen, the ant will not cross it. It will walk right up to the line, pause with what appears to be genuine philosophical unease, and turn back. It will do this indefinitely. For hours. Sometimes for days. The ant is not stupid. Let’s be clear about that. The creature you are looking at in this photograph – this tiny, improbable machine of chitin and chemical signals, this six-legged marvel that can carry fifty times its own body weight and navigate by polarized light – has a brain roughly the size of a pinhead, and yet that brain contains approximately 250,000 neurons dedicated entirely to making sense of the world. It has survived as a species for 130 million years. It watched the dinosaurs arrive, flourish, and disappear, and then went back to work. And yet here it is. Trapped by a drawing. The reason is chemistry, not cognition. Ants navigate by pheromones – volatile chemical compounds that their legs read like a blind man reads braille. When they encounter the solvent in a felt-tip pen, something in their nervous system fires an alarm. The signal says: boundary. The signal says: edge of the known world. And the ant, loyal to its chemistry in the way that all of us are loyal to ours, obeys. This is the part that stays with you if you think about it too long. The ant’s prison has no walls. No bars. No lock. It is made entirely of information – a chemical whisper laid down by a felt-tip marker – and the ant cannot see past it, because it has no framework for doing so. The circle is not a circle to the ant. The circle is simply: where the world ends. I find myself thinking about this more than is probably healthy. We are, most of us, walking around inside our own circles. They were drawn for us gradually, by parents and teachers and early disappointments, by the limits of what we saw done and the boundaries of what we were told was possible. We bump up against them occasionally – in those moments when a job offer from another city seems too frightening, or a new idea feels somehow presumptuous – and we turn back. Not because anything is stopping us. Because the world, as far as we can tell, simply ends there. The ant in the photograph is walking the inner edge of its circle with a kind of purposeful calm that is almost admirable. It has not given up. It is still looking. It is still moving. It simply cannot conceive of a direction that leads out. Kostowski, for what it’s worth, eventually just picked the ant up and moved it. Sometimes that’s what it takes. Gandalv / Gandalv

Nancy Pelosi didn’t just beat the market. She beat Warren Buffett, on returns, on timing, and on trade precision. Since 2012, portfolios tracking Pelosi-family trades have posted gains north of 500%, while the S&P 500 sits closer to 220% and Berkshire Hathaway roughly 200% over the same period. Buffett did it with public theses, decade-long horizons, and massive capital drag. The Pelosi household did it faster, cleaner, and repeatedly in sectors whose fortunes are inseparable from legislation, regulation, and federal spending. That contrast is the story. One model depends on analysis and patience. The other benefits from proximity to power. The defense is now muscle memory: she doesn’t trade, her husband does. In the real world, that distinction collapses instantly. Same household. Same incentives. Same beneficiaries. Information doesn’t simply vanish at the dinner table, and markets don’t care whose name is on the brokerage account when the gains flow into the same family balance sheet. Spousal trading isn’t insulation from influence, it’s deniability engineered into the rules. Look closer and the most revealing detail isn’t even the returns. It’s the confidence. These were not timid, diversified allocations. They were large, concentrated positions placed ahead of regulatory shifts, funding decisions, enforcement restraint, and industrial-policy pivots. Big Tech. Semiconductors. Defense-adjacent winners. Again and again, the trades aligned with the direction of state power. That pattern doesn’t emerge from poring over earnings calls. It emerges from knowing which levers are about to move. The system doesn’t restrain this behavior; it enables it. Under current law, lawmakers can disclose trades up to 45 days after execution. That delay is sold as transparency while functioning as a built-in edge and impunity. By the time the public sees the paperwork, the advantage has already compounded. A confession after the fact is not accountability. It’s permission. If a corporate executive, hedge fund manager, or banker placed trades with this level of timing, concentration, and policy alignment, regulators would treat it as insider trading. Investigations would follow. Careers would end. The only reason it isn’t called that here is because the people writing the laws exempted themselves. All of this unfolds while the public is lectured about democracy, ethics, norms, and misinformation. Meanwhile, the Pelosi household’s wealth, routinely estimated in the mid nine figures, has grown during the very years it sat at the apex of legislative authority. People aren’t confused anymore. They’re watching power outperform productivity in real time, then listening to sermons explaining why they shouldn’t notice and why they must play by a very different set of rules. The solution isn’t complicated, which is precisely why it’s resisted. No stock trading for members of Congress. No stock trading for spouses. Mandatory blind trusts. Real-time disclosure with real penalties. If that sounds radical, then stop pretending this is public service. It’s public access, privately monetized, and the graph everyone’s sharing just made it impossible to unsee. When the same act is punished as insider trading on Wall Street but rewarded as “savvy investing” in Congress, the problem isn’t corruption, but legitimacy. And legitimacy, once lost, doesn’t come back with lectures.

African and Caribbean leaders just met in Ghana to demand formal apologies, debt relief, and a global reparations fund from the West. Leftists who hate Western civilization are salivating at the chance to humiliate us by paying up. They want you to believe it’s justice. But it’s nothing more than a parasitic money grab from societies that have repeatedly proven they cannot build or maintain functional, prosperous civilizations on their own. Ethiopia was never colonized. It’s still one of the poorest, most unstable, and least developed places on the continent. Hong Kong and Singapore were colonized. They became wealthy, orderly, high-trust global powerhouses through discipline, trade, and sound institutions. They’re not lining up with their hands out. The pattern is undeniable wherever productive populations left. Rhodesia was Africa’s breadbasket. After independence as Zimbabwe and the flight of skilled farmers and administrators, it collapsed into hyperinflation, farm seizures, famine, and dictatorship. South Africa, once the continent’s most advanced economy, is following the same trajectory. Crumbling infrastructure, record crime, energy blackouts, governance failure, and accelerating emigration of skilled citizens. Trillions in Western foreign aid poured into these regions over decades. Almost entirely wasted on corruption, socialism, and dependency. Many of these places were worse off before colonization in critical metrics. Literal shitholes. Colonial rule brought modern infrastructure, medicine, education, and administration. After independence, large parts reverted to their natural state of extractive institutions, tribalism, low trust, and low productivity. Shitholes again. These are failed states because they are failed societies. And they will keep failing. Reparations would vanish into the same void as the aid before them. It would simply be theft from the productive to subsidize perpetual failure. Put simply, they are thieves. The Western leftists enabling and cheering this shakedown are never motivated by compassion. They’re driven by spite and hatred for their own people and civilization. They’d rather see the West bled dry and humiliated than defend the culture, institutions, and human capital that actually built the modern world. The West owes them nothing. The West does not do humiliation rituals. The shakedown ends here.

This wallet did not exist yesterday. At 3 AM, I could not sleep. I was scrolling through the leaderboard and stumbled upon an anomaly that made me rub my eyes. It started with $213. That is the price of dinner for two. One day later, it had $54,871 on its balance. In just 36 hours, it earned enough to buy a car. I clicked on the transaction history, expecting to see a lucky all-in on some piece of news. Instead, I saw a machine gun burst. > 869 positions in a day and a half. > One trade every 2.5 minutes. > No breaks for sleep, food, or the bathroom. At 4:30 AM, while you were deep in your tenth dream, this address closed a $1,899 profit. That was when I realized I was not looking at a human. I was looking at a predator. This bot hunts on 15-minute BTC and ETH markets. Where most people see a casino and flip a coin on up or down, it sees flaws in your thinking. Here is how it works: > When Bitcoin drops 0.5%, the crowd panics. > The price of NO skyrockets to 75 cents. You sell out of fear. > But the bot knows the math. After such a drop, the actual probability of the trend continuing is only around 52%, not 75%. It buys your fear for 25 cents, when it is actually worth 45. It does not need to know the future. It just needs to buy dollars for 50 cents. But you know what scared me the most? There is a single trade in its history with a $3,213 loss. A normal person would freeze. Light a cigarette. Start doubting. This wallet opened its next position 54 seconds later. It has no ego. No tilt. No I need to win it back. Only an algorithm: if the probability is 55%, and the market pays as if it is 40%, press the button. This is the new form of mining. In 2017, you bought GPUs. In 2026, you write code that mines liquidity from other people’s emotions. Before you rush to search for scripts on GitHub, stop. The $213 starting point is an illusion. Behind it are servers next to the exchange, 50-millisecond latency, and a team of engineers. You will not beat them manually. You are not a player at this table. You are the food. While you were reading this post, it made another $50. Just watch.

🔊Church: BE READY!!! THE STRONG DELUSION IS HERE! The infrastructure for that lie is being assembled right now — publicly — through presidential directives, congressional hearings, and Pentagon case files! The cover-up story for the Rapture is already here! The so-called “alien” disclosure files are about to come out! These are not extraterrestrials!!! They are principalities and powers, fallen angels, Satan’s servants, whose agenda has always been to deceive humanity and draw people away from God!!! We were warned about this deception. Paul wrote about it 2,000 years ago!!! Before this great deception reaches its peak — before the strong delusion falls upon this world — GOD TAKES HIS PEOPLE HOME!!! JESUS IS AT THE DOOR!!! KEEP LOOKING UP!!! 📖 "The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan with all power signs and lying wonders — and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish because they did not receive the love of the truth that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion that they should believe the lie." 2 Thess 2:9-11 🗞️ There are claims circulating that U.S. intelligence officials may have privately briefed a large group of pastors regarding UFO/UAP disclosure. Perry Stone and other Christian leaders have stated publicly that they were included in confidential briefings through government or intelligence contacts. According to these claims, they were encouraged to prepare their congregations for potential future releases of UFO/UAP-related files, videos, and materials, as well as discussions involving “non-human” intelligence. 👉🏼These pastors described the information as potentially “Bible-changing” or “science-fiction-like,” warning it could lead some people to abandon their Christian beliefs (apostasy) by challenging the Genesis creation account —suggesting extraterrestrials as the origin or “seeding” of humanity. The Bible did not miss this moment! Paul described it precisely 2,000 years ago. 📖 "The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan with all power signs and lying wonders " 2 Thessalonians 2:9 ⚠️Signs and lying wonders. A deception so convincing that people who rejected the truth will embrace it completely. Paul was not describing technology. He was not describing weather balloons. He was describing a supernatural deception — real enough to fool the world — powerful enough to cause mass apostasy — exactly what these pastors are warning about. ❌The strong delusion is not a new idea. It was announced 2,000 years ago. The Church has always known it was coming. What is new is that the infrastructure for it is now being built publicly — in government domains, congressional hearings, presidential directives, and Pentagon case files. WHAT JESUS SAID TO WATCH FOR 📖 "As it was in the days of Noah so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man." Matt 24:37 👉🏼Jesus did not just point to general wickedness when He described the days of Noah. He pointed to a specific condition described in Genesis 6 — fallen spiritual beings interacting with humanity in ways that corrupted the created order so severely that God intervened. The Nephilim!! 🎙️That is not a metaphor. That is a specific prophetic sign Jesus told us to watch for. We are watching it being discussed openly at the highest levels of the American government — not in the corners of the internet! WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN 👉🏼Before the rapture, we’re going to see governments beginning normalizing the idea of “non-human intelligence,” with UAPs, whistleblowers, videos, and reports of interdimensional phenomena. Then the rapture will happen, with millions of people disappearing at once, creating global shock and urgent pressure for an explanation. The explanation will be quickly presented and will point to “higher beings,” suggesting that those who vanished were taken by advanced or non-human intelligences—perhaps described as the “unevolved,” the “dangerous,” or those not aligned with a new “global consciousness”. 🌍As the world tries to process the event, the narrative will not be framed as the fulfillment of biblical prophecy, but as humanity entering a new evolutionary or spiritual phase. That is when the Antichrist will arrive as the perfect global stabilizing figure, bringing “order,” “peace,” and “answers” to the world. 💪🏼Then Satan’s long-awaited moment will come. He will make Christianity appear outdated or misunderstood, claiming that Jesus was “misrepresented” or that spiritual concepts like “Christ consciousness” were actually introduced through these entities. Over time, he will achieve what he wants, and his narrative will harden people’s hearts, making the deception widely accepted. 👉🏼So the “strong delusion” would not simply be belief in aliens, but a deeper replacement of truth—where the rapture is denied, Jesus is rejected, Scripture is dismissed, and humanity is directed toward a new global spiritual system that fully opposes the message of the gospel. Right now, during the disclosure, two things will happen in the Church. 1️⃣ Some Christians will struggle. When people see footage or documentation of non-human phenomena that they have no biblical explanation for, some may conclude that the creation story is a myth. Some will harden their hearts and apostatize— in other words, they will walk away from the faith because they have no answer for what they are seeing. They will reject the truth because they choose to believe the lie. 2️⃣Some unbelievers will be looking for answers. People who never cared about the Bible will suddenly want to know what Scripture says about what they just witnessed and we, the church, need to be prepared to answer questions. THE RAPTURE COVER STORY This is how close we are to the Rapture!!! This is the perfect cover-up story and is about to unfold!! When millions of people suddenly disappear simultaneously, the world will need an explanation. 🛸The world will not say God took His Church home. This world has been programmed for years with UAP disclosure — non-human intelligences. TV, movies and video games have already shaped the narrative for decades. 🔊 CHURCH — HERE IS WHAT WE NEED TO DO RIGHT NOW: When the files drop — and they are coming — your unbelieving neighbors will have questions. Your children will have questions. Your coworkers will have questions. People who never opened a Bible will be looking for someone who can make sense of what they just saw. 📙We need to give them the right answer!! The answer is not complicated. The answer is in the Bible. These are not extraterrestrials. They are what the Bible calls principalities and powers — fallen spiritual beings — whose agenda has always been the same — to deceive humanity and draw people away from the God who created them and the Savior who died for them. 📖 "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities against powers against the rulers of the darkness of this age against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Eph 6:12 That verse was written 2,000 years ago. It is describing exactly what is being disclosed right now. 🔊PREACH THE GOSPEL!! PREACH THAT BEFORE THE GREAT DECEPTION REACHES ITS PEAK— before the strong delusion falls — before the Lord brings judgment into this world on those who have rejected Jesus and chosen to believe the lie, before the world is in full-blown deception mode — GOD TAKES HIS PEOPLE HOME!! 📖 "For God did not appoint us to wrath but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Thess 5:9 📖 "The dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." 1 Thess 4:16-17 KEEP LOOKING UP!!! WE HAVE VERY SHORT TIME LEFT!!!! Hussain, with all respect: I’m 0/8 Syrian and 1/4 Jewish, so I carry enough Levantine "ancestry" to know the difference between history and mythology. And the claim that “there is no such thing as Syria or the Syrian people” is pure mythology. It disintegrates the moment you put it next to actual history, archaeology, or international law. Syria is not a collection of random tribes stitched together by Europeans. It is one of the oldest continuously recognized territorial identities in the world. Long before Lebanon, Iraq, or even the modern concept of the Middle East existed, this land was Aram. Then it was Syria under the Seleucids, then Provincia Syria under Rome, then Bilad al-Sham under Islamic rule. Damascus and Aleppo have been functioning administrative, commercial, and cultural capitals for well over two millennia. If that does not constitute a nation, then nothing does - and no modern state in the region would qualify. The idea that Syrians are a “hodgepodge” is equally ahistorical. For centuries, the people of Damascus, Aleppo, Hama, Homs, Daraa, Sweida, Idlib and the desert steppe lived within the same linguistic continuum, the same urban culture, the same trade routes, the same social codes and food traditions, and the same broader identity known as “Shami.” That identity predates the French and British mapmakers who carved out Lebanon, Iraq, and Jordan less than a hundred years ago. If anything, those states are the artificial ones. Syria is the civilizational original! The claim that Syria has always been chaotic is also historically wrong. This region produced some of the most stable and sophisticated political systems in the Middle East - from the Umayyad Caliphate based in Damascus, to the Ayyubids, the Mamluks, and the Ottomans. Aleppo and Damascus were regional powerhouses for centuries. Yes, tribes existed and sometimes clashed. So did kingdoms in Europe. But no serious historian would describe European history as “restless tribes beating each other,” and Syria deserves the same honesty. Calling Syria a “failed state” isn’t a legal argument. It’s a slogan. Under international law, Syria remains a sovereign state with a permanent population, internationally recognized borders, a functioning government, and uninterrupted UN membership. Civil war does not erase statehood. If it did, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, and Afghanistan would have vanished long ago. They didn’t - and Syria didn’t either. And the idea that Israel is simply “policing what Syrians fail to police” is not analysis; it’s spin. Israel has carried out hundreds of airstrikes inside a sovereign UN member state without mandate or consent. It has bombed civilian airports, occupied the Golan Heights since 1967, and armed factions inside Syria whenever it aligned with its own strategic calculus! You can support or oppose Israeli policy, but you can’t realistically call this “policing.” If Iran bombed Ben Gurion Airport and claimed it was “policing” Israeli failures, the world would laugh! Recognizing Syrian statehood does not excuse Syria’s internal disasters. But acknowledging foreign intervention isn’t “deflection” - it’s basic geopolitical literacy. Two truths can exist at once, and neither erases the other. The bottom line is simple: Syria exists historically, Syria exists legally, and Syrians exist as a people. Pretending otherwise isn’t political analysis. It’s colonial fantasy dressed up as commentary - and it evaporates the second it meets reality!

Polymarket introduced new fees to kill bots on 15-minute markets. Result? They just eliminated competition for the two apex predators. These wallets did not just survive. They mutated. While the platform tried to "fix" the system, these two made $918,357 in pure profit in one month. On the fees that were supposed to bankrupt them. Someone on Twitter was complaining his stops get blown at the exact same second every time. Said he was up against HFT bots with direct exchange connections. In the comments someone dropped two profiles. Said here are your "manipulators". Just code. $522,439 profit in one month. $65 million volume. First place on crypto leaderboard. This is not a person. This is PurpleThunderBicycleMountain. His profile: The second profile looked like it could not top the first. 0x8dxd. Second place. $395,918 in the same month. But here is what breaks the brain completely. In December 2025 this wallet had $313. Three hundred thirteen dollars. Now his all-time profit exceeds $658,000. The numbers do not lie. $313 turned into a fortune in six weeks. See for yourself: The mechanics are uncomfortably simple. Both trade the same thing. 15-minute crypto markets. Bitcoin up or down. ETH above or below. Every 15 minutes a new contract. Here is the trick. You look at Polymarket and see 50/50 odds. For you this is a fair coin flip. But these two do not look at Polymarket. They look at Binance. When BTC makes a move on the exchange Polymarket does not know yet. Price already moved. Direction already determined. But odds on the platform still show yesterday. The window lasts 30 seconds. Sometimes 90. It is like playing poker against someone with a mirror behind your back. He already sees your cards. You still think you are bluffing. During this time the bot enters at old prices. Buys YES at 25 cents when real probability is already 80%. Or NO at 1.5 cents when the market already crashed. Then the window closes. Odds catch up to reality. Bot gets $1 for every 25 cents. This is not forecasting. This is harvesting from people staring at a stale screen. One trade stands out. ETH dumped on spot. PurpleThunderBicycleMountain loaded NO at 1.5 cents. Kept buying as price rose to 15 cents. Window closed down. Every share paid $1. 785% in fifteen minutes. On one trade. The craziest part is 0x8dxd stats. Win rate 98%. Out of 6,615 trades. Almost perfect. A human cannot trade like this. A human has shaky hands. A human doubts. A human sleeps. The bot does not sleep. The bot does not doubt. The bot just waits for Binance and Polymarket to diverge for 30 seconds. And takes the difference. Their profit curves both grow without a single pullback. No crashes. No nervous breakdowns. Methodical. Mechanical. Relentless. Polymarket introduced fees to stop this. Result? Small bots died. These two took their market share. A 1.5% fee means nothing when your average return is 300%. Here is what kills. Anyone can spend months learning Python. Rent a server near the exchange. Write an algorithm. Test. Debug. Lose money on mistakes. Or just open their profiles and see what they are buying. The blockchain stores everything. Every position. Every timing. Full history in the open. They spend thousands on infrastructure. Write code for months. Optimize milliseconds. Anyone can just watch where they enter. $918,357 in one month between them. First and second place on the leaderboard. This is not theory. This is a working machine. Right now somewhere BTC is making a move. Polymarket still shows old odds. These two are already entering a position. Only one question remains: Will you be the one selling to them at stale prices? Or the one entering alongside them? In 15 minutes a new contract opens. 14 minutes left.

On the second day of recruiting myths… Myth #2: “The name on the front of your jersey doesn’t matter.” There is some truth here. But people usually say this to make you feel better if you’re not on a team in the “recruiting bubble.” And yes of course there are always outliers. If you’re Montana Fouts, you could show up playing for the Butterflies and coaches would still be lined up drooling at the fence. But for most of us? The jersey does matter. Especially if you don’t have true 5-star size or can’t blow people away with elite metrics. I know this because I’ve been on both sides of it. Same player. Same work ethic. Completely different response from coaches. Why does the jersey matter more than people admit? First impressions. If a coach doesn’t recognize your club as one that consistently produces players at their level, you have to overwhelm them with performance and numbers just to get the same look. What matters even more than the jersey name is the coach attached to it. My last club, Rising, was brand new. But my coach, Steve Appel, had a lot of successful former players at top 25 programs. Coaches knew him. Trusted him. We were at the best fields and no one cared what was on the front of our jerseys. At my first tournament with that team, I saw more college coaches than I had in my entire recruiting journey before that. It’s true. College coaches aren’t recruiting a jersey. They’re recruiting you. But your jersey affects: •what fields you play on •who stops to watch •how risky you look on paper A well-known club with proven coaches comes with built-in credibility. Can you get recruited without that? Yes. I did. But if you’ve read my book, you know how many things had to line up for that to happen. So is there truth to this myth? Yes. But most of the time, when people say it, they’re trying to protect you from a harder truth: Recruiting isn’t just about how good you are. It’s also about who’s willing to vouch for you. And your jersey is a powerful indicator of that before a coach sees you even pick up a ball. #RecruitingRules Rule #6: The lifeblood of recruiting is relationships. And whether you like it or not, the front of your jersey is part of that. Photo Caption: Top image my OG team, AZ Steel after winning the Colorado Sparkler Supplemental Power Pool. Bottom image with steve appel after winning PGF Nationals. My original team eventually made it into the “recruiting bubble” the summer after I committed. We were a solid competitive team at the national club level, but having played for both, no one will ever convince me that my recruiting opportunities would have been the same regardless of which jersey I was wearing. Completely different worlds. I wouldn’t change my path. I ended up exactly where I always dreamed to be, and my path made me who I am, but in my case believing this myth for so long cost me time and my family money.
