It's not important that your partner is an identical copy of you. It's important that they're not, that they bring something else to the table that you don't have. Now, in the context of entrepreneurship, because that's what I'm associated with, you need to find somebody that's willing to put up with the fact that you're just never there. I mean, that's very difficult because if you're running a business and you can't have a balanced life when you're an entrepreneur. It's really about finding that person that understands what you're about, that you're going down that journey and that you're not gonna stop doing it.

If we go out there and do a terrible job, no matter how much they're fans, they'll be disappointed, they will be disappointed. Accidents may happen, even though we should prevent them, but the way we can make people feel better is by working harder ourselves. Even on stage, if anyone can see that it's a mistake, and you're moving lazily, saying, "Let's take it easy because we're older," "Because we're older," "let's just take it easy today," I really think that makes no sense. I think people like that shouldn't be performing at all. In the end, being sincere, and doing your absolute best on stage, that's what creates the emotional impact.

It's not about red or blue anymore. It's about policy and how poorly managed they've been for so long. They want change, and if they have to get a Republican to do it for them, they'll do it. It's so poorly run, the massive exodus of business and capital and people, and overtaxing them. The place is a dumpster fire, and they want it put out. I don't care what their politics are. Get me anybody that knows what they're doing, that has some executional skills.
