Not all screens are made equal > daylight is a blue light free, zero flicker, monochrome screen computer A few examples of use: - when flying on take off and landing - if I need 10 minutes to go meditate - using a sharp knife in the kitchen when there is a baby beneath me I think it is important to be transparent about the journey online so I will be observing my child’s behaviour and adjust as necessary But so far this feels like a tool for good for us! 🌱
