The Protect College Sports Act would undermine college athletes’ power while letting the NCAA, powerful athletic conferences and universities set the terms and conditions of work. Senators must stand with college athletes nationwide and reject this union-busting bill.

The people that have benefited the most from the Wild West era of college sports aren’t the players. It’s the Lawyers, agents, handlers. The players have largely been hurt by unlimited transfers and eligibility.

This bill doesn't protect college athletes at all. It moves to strip them of their autonomy under the guise of protecting them. This bill is horrible!!
