The Protect College Sports Act would undermine college athletes’ power while letting the NCAA, powerful athletic conferences and universities set the terms and conditions of work. Senators must stand with college athletes nationwide and reject this union-busting bill.

The people that have benefited the most from the Wild West era of college sports aren’t the players. It’s the Lawyers, agents, handlers. The players have largely been hurt by unlimited transfers and eligibility.

This bill doesn't protect college athletes at all. It moves to strip them of their autonomy under the guise of protecting them. This bill is horrible!!

College athletes don’t need power. They need to go to class and enjoy the free ride of tuition room and board.

Ha. There is no union that currently exists to bust!!! Players cannot unionize until they are recognized as employees of their respective programs. And who is going to be the bargaining rep for the programs?? The NCAA?!?!?!?

Yeah.. That’s how it works.. The organization sets the rules.. If you don’t follow you don’t play

If this epic fucking loser supports something, freedom and America are on the other side of the issue

Nope. You just want a bill that the athletes control. Hell, why not just let them transfer 5000 times, make going to class optional, over pay them even more money, give them more free 💩. This bill will pass so we can have some level of structure.

Trotting out your paid for politicians? I bet you wrote his speech

Agree!

Dude, Booker is one of the biggest idiots in the Senate. You lose credibility propping him up.

Facts

I don't feel comfortable giving the institutions and people who helped cover up Larry Nassar and Jerry Sandusky any more power
