I don’t hear the defenders of human rights or the international organizations that claim to defend children’s rights speaking about this. Selective defense is not what a child needs. Hey NYC Human Rights NYS Division of Human Rights the NYC Department of Transportation Alternatives Commissioner declared "bicycling is a human right". Unfortunately, this bicycle lane, maintained (in theory) by the City of New York, has been entirely abandoned. Given the City’s own framing, I would like to formally report this as a human rights violation and request escalation so that this injustice may finally be remedied. Human rights should not be seasonal, optional, or dependent.
