No one brings up the fact the ps3 launched playing ps1 and ps2 games natively along with brand new blu ray player technology. Ps5 pro brings nothing to the table that someone cant get in a 40fps quality mode on a 120 htz display on base ps5.

This is a bit odd. The PS5 Pro's worth will be decided, as with all such products, by consumers. If enough people buy it, Sony will deem they got the value proposition right. If they don't, it'll rightly conclude they were off the mark. That's it. That's the debate.
