Would you be willing to come on my show and discuss this topic? I’m a Latter-day Saint with an audience of 70k

The problem with anti Mormon pastors: They lie. No one goes on a mission to earn their salvation. Some may go for less than noble purposes but it’s to earn our salvation. Because we don’t believe salvation can be earned. We are save by Jesus Christ. He changed me. So I went

If your religion is true, Todd, you don’t need to lie about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or the prophets the Lord has called to preach the gospel to the nations thru which He warns all to flee from the wrath to come, which wrath will fall upon your head unless you repent of your lies about the Lord and His servants.

If the gospel we teach were wrong, why not just use what we actually believe? Satan has a great hold on you. Praying for your soul, Korihor.

My brother in Christ. Your followers deserve better. I bear my testimony that my faith and my salvation are fully tied to the Atoning gift given to me by Jesus Christ. I don’t deserve it but he gives it to me. I don’t show my appreciation by drawing near to him with my lips. I show my appreciation by having faith in Him. By repenting daily. By being baptized in his name. And by receiving the Holy Ghost as a comforter and counselor. And striving each day to be a little less undeserving. If that’s what you call works, so be it.

If you ever want to know why Mormons don’t take you seriously and laugh at your silly misrepresentations of our theology, just rewatch this video.

In fact, LDS is almost Unitarian in belief that you don’t even need to be a Christian in this life to be saved We fully expect those who were LDS in this life to be a minority in heaven just as they were in this life

Someone with connections and time should ask 100 missionaries what motivates them to do missionary work. I think we know what they really would say

LDS have a view of salvation more similar to Catholic but more merciful You don’t have to serve a mission or do any specific work to be saved You can be the thief on the cross and still receive all the blessings in the afterlife

This is such a disgusting lie. People go on missions for all kinds of reasons. But underlying it all is a love for our fellow man and a desire to have them know Jesus and God as we do.

I'm an active member of the LDS church, returned missionary, and I've never felt that I was earning my way to God and to be with my family through my service. This is so foreign to me. However, I have thought this exact way about the Jehovah's Witnesses who were preaching. This video makes me wonder if I've similarly had them wrong too.

Wrong. Come join us on Sunday and actually learn about how much broader we believe in salvation and heaven than you actually do.

A little advice: You have no idea what is in the hearts of young Latter-day Saint missionaries. For me, I served my mission two decades ago and still think about and pray for the people I served every day. It would not be possible for me to tell you how much I love them.

Maybe the biggest CRINGE ever when he said that Mormon missionaries aren’t going out because of love and compassion to bring others to Christ. I guess he knows what I was doing for 2 years better than I did…

Actually I was taught that every time I prayed on my mission my future wife got hotter, had nothing to do with getting to heaven. By golly it worked.

I spent two years on the back of pushbike wearing a suit and tie specifically because I love Jesus Christ and I love my neighbours. Terrible advice comes from people who have convinced themselves they know what they're talking about but are in actuality clueless.

No one sacrifices two years of their life to go on mission at their own expense to "earn their way into Heaven". They do it because they want to share the Gospel that transformed their lives with others. They do it because the Gospel is real and true.

How to be an evangelical pastor: 1. Find a bunch of Trinitarian suckers. 2. Lie about “Mormons” to them 3. Profit.
