I do not trust those numbers...

Scientists know exactly why this is happening

Climate models have no predictive value. There's no validly scientific reason to think recent warming is caused by our CO₂ emissions.

Maybe SOME scientists are confounded. James Hansen, Makiko Sato, and Leon Simons, et al, appear to have explained the recent temperature spike reasonably well. Now, others, like MM & ZH seem to be trying to explain their accurate work without admitting they were right.
Looks a lot like @mikehudema crazy CGI. Meant to deceive the eye with Net 0 useful information. There is enough uncertainty in temperature and concentration data to cloud any causality claims of a gaseous plant food.
