My question is, why can't nigeria boycott the crude oil sales and focus on the refined product sales that boost GDP of the country? It should be as simple as reclaiming rights to mine crude nationally without international aid, refined it, and sell the by-products

Well we will not really make much at the end of the day with contracts like these where Nigeria has pledged oil in the ground for money. Also let us not forget that they are still paying subsidies.

The question I will like to ask you is these: is the petrol/Diesel we are buying as Nigerians the one the govt banking on or the one they sell to the outside world? Are they selling all our crude oil to dangote alone? How much are they selling to dangote?

We currently have an excess of 25$ profit on our bench mark for the year. Why not offer 10$ as subsidies to Dangote and NNPC to keep the file prices below 800 naira at the pumps @officialABAT while the nation saves 15$? Where is our sovereign wealth fund going too?

We sell natural resources just to buy back fuel but they are things under fuel we don’t buy back e.g jet fuel and Dey own lots of jet which Dey need more. I still think we are still slave to d white men coz we don’t have d amount of knowledge to be free yet

Another major issue is that we Nigerians don't have reserves, China is a country that imports crude oil and they have 6 month reservation already, I don't think Nigeria and nnpc have like even 1month, this is just the effect of bad government

It’s not only price that is benchmarked, we also have daily target of about 2m bpd. Are we meeting that? If not, there’s no windfall. Crude oil selling higher than 65 will only help government reduce deficit. We will only have a surplus if we are producing 2m bpd
