Courtney Williams on hard it was to learn to play point guard after being a 2 guard her whole like “Overly hard(laughing) like you damn near got to take the back seat to yourself. So basically what they do well and stuff you can’t teach. Like, if they a knockdown shooter if they shoot the ball at a 45% clip, that’s their superpower. Athletic whatever it is. So I used to go to the games and I would look at people hands, if they had super big hands, long arms and all of that weird sh*t. I work with a lot of infielders that do not understand the speed of the game and the internal clock you must have. 1st ball SS slows his feet which slows the arm down and almost throws ball away. 2nd ball doesn’t make the same mistake. They practice at a certain speed, which translates to the game. Every line time in this video is under 4.4. Put your infielders on the stop watch at practice. Challenge them to be under or at a certain time. Start at 4.5 and work down. Call out every time so they know if they are rushed or have time. The internal clock is one of the most important parts an infielder can have!!

Say what you will about #Panthers WR TM4, but we are 15 weeks into the season and this was his first "body catch." I will add that I am a little surprised he didnt attack with his hands though. Yes, the ball could have been put more in front of TM4, but at the same time it is hitting him right in his number. I am just not one to put blame on a QB on a catchable ball, the game is too fast for every ball to be perfect.
