There is no mechanism to validate US citizenship of voters,NONE. Without this validation it is just an assumption to say no illegal votes were cast. Democrats want is assume that people that broke our immigration laws did not break voter laws.

those of us that support the save act also support making sure that people who cannot or do not have a certified birth certificate and a state ID make sure they get those things for free. I have witnessed it in CA. They vote with no questions asked. In other blue states like MN they are allowed to get drivers licenses and therefore have proof of ID and are registered to vote when they arrive at the voting station with legal ID. This is voter fraud, but the Dems call it a right to vote. The Save Act ensures that Illegal Aliens do not get a vote in our Country.
