You need the birth certificate to go get a state ID anybody over the age of 17 in every single state in America is required to have a state ID you don't have to take a test to get one

@MalcolmNance It doesn’t happen often, never for voting, but I have been asked to show my birth certificate and marriage certificate to prove my identity. I assumed most people had these documents. Are they hard to get, or very expensive?
