This would be cool(no pun intended) to demonstrate to kids in school. I hope we have science teachers that are engaging kids with demonstrations like this. 😎

Supercooled water stays liquid below freezing because it lacks a trigger to form ice. Just a shake or particle can suddenly turn it solid. Nature is amazing.
