The second time the reporter asked the same question, Leavitt should have told her that the answer has already been provided and the way she is framing the question is misleading and confrontational and if she continues to do that she will no longer call on her for any questions.

Ghislaine Maxwell pleaded the 5th Amendment today and refused to answer questions because the President is waving a pardon over her head. She is already a convicted criminal. She should not be allowed to plead the 5th. Her Habeas petition doesn't change that. And in no way she should ever be pardoned. I call on the President to firmly commit to never pardoning her. The victims deserve justice.

Is anyone else becoming at least slightly concerned over the health and mental well-being of Senator Dianne Feinstein? Feinstein, who is 89 years old, had been absent from the Senate for quite some time. After she returned, Reporter Benjamin Oreskes (below) asked her a series of questions. She was asked about the well-wishes that she had received since returning last week. She responded, “What have I heard about what?” The reporter said, “About your return.” Feinstein replied, “I haven’t been gone. You should… I haven’t been gone. I’ve been working.” The reporter then followed up, “You’ve been working from home is what you’re saying?” Feinstein replied, “No, I’ve been here. I’ve been voting. Please, either know or don’t know.” I am concerned as an American that it’s possible that Feinstein (and others in the Senate for that matter) may not be mentally fit to be voting on our country's laws. I do, however, want to give her the benefit of the doubt. She is older, and may have misheard the questions. With that said, my question to everyone here on Twitter is: Should there be a system in place to make sure that our Senators and Congresspeople are mentally fit to hold office? If so, what would a system like that entail?

This woman flew from Houston to Miami on Southwest Airlines. Now she was flying out of Miami but Southwest is now telling her that her two bags that she has exceed 62 inches and she will have to pay $200 for each bag - $400 total, extra. The issue is, she flew from Houston to Miami with those same bags and they did not charge her on the first leg of the trip. She said the bags will cost more than the ticket. Some said those bags are definitely oversized and she got lucky the first time that she didn’t have to pay and if you think about it, she saved $400. So, be thankful and pay the oversized bag fees. Others said that Southwest made the error and should waive the fee because she would have had the opportunity to decide if she was going to pay or not if she knew the price when she flew from Houston to Miami. What do you think? Do you think she was fortunate the first time and should just bite the bullet and pay this time or do you think since Southwest made an error the first time they should waive the fee on this trip?

As always Kemi Badenoch has lied in this clip about her experiences at a Nigerian school and confirmed the fact that she is an affliction and a plague. Outside of that, now that she has publicly stated that she no longer 'identifies with Nigeria' she should have her Nigerian passport revoked, she should be declared 'persona non grata' by our Government and she should be banned from ever setting her foot in our shores again. Her obsession with destroying Nigeria and decimating the image of the Nigeeian people borders on the pathological and at this point I am constrained to question her sanity. She has done much damage to our nation and it is time for us to stop treating her with kid gloves, fight back, expose her for the lying, mendacious and vile creature that she is and put her in her place. It is most inappropriate to continue to take her lightly and ignore her constant attacks and misrepresentation of our peoole because, by her actions and words, she has wilfully and systematically held herself out as the enemy of the Nigerian people and will take every opportunity to destroy our aspirations and fortunes. We cannot continue to fold our arms and watch her denigrate and destroy us. It is time to bring out the big guns, challenge her mendacities at every turn and expose her for what she is: a sick young lady who needs psychiatric medication and medical attention. (FFK)

So the discourse around this Dave Ramsey clip is so mixed up that I’ve just decided to upload the whole thing. In the full context of the call, the caller makes it perfectly obvious that: 1. She has been with this man, whom she is now living with, for six years. 2. She is a nurse and can make her own money. 3. She has been out of school for two years, and in that time she has paid off $70,000 of the debt. In the course of the call, Dave never suggests that this man should have to pay for that debt. Indeed, he actively suggests that she leave him, which guarantees he will not pay for the debt. Dave also all but says that, because of her career choice, the caller will be able to pay for the debt on her own, even if she has to take extra hours. All Dave is saying—and this should have been obvious from the original clip—is that the two are not aligned on money and debt at all. It is also clear that Dave thinks the man is stringing her along, which he is. So they simply should not be married at all, because this is a fundamental failure in the relationship. I myself would add that, at this late stage in the relationship, if you do not trust a woman financially, you should simply not be with that woman. And that is perfectly fine. But what you do not do is drag her along for six years when she obviously wants to get married, and then put another two or three years of financial hoops in front of her so that maybe you will propose.
