I’m sure this might help But listen: Just cut back to only 2 “push days” per week. I used to do 3-4 days of bench per week cuz i was trying to chase PRs as fast as possible. I’d be nonstop sore for months. About 2 yrs ago, I cut back to twice per week. Same steady progress. Never sore

What do you recommend for full tear of subscap and partial of suprasanatis?

this must be my problem.. I have pain and weakness in the center of my right arm/shoulder .. I’ve rehabbed it in the past and have gotten it to go away but not sure what keeps bringing it back. i’m think it’s the bench now

Is bench pressing bad for cervical herniated disc?
