I’m sure this might help But listen: Just cut back to only 2 “push days” per week. I used to do 3-4 days of bench per week cuz i was trying to chase PRs as fast as possible. I’d be nonstop sore for months. About 2 yrs ago, I cut back to twice per week. Same steady progress. Never sore

this must be my problem.. I have pain and weakness in the center of my right arm/shoulder .. I’ve rehabbed it in the past and have gotten it to go away but not sure what keeps bringing it back. i’m think it’s the bench now

Can you teach this generation to lift in real shoes and not crocs, Birkenstocks, etc they deserve blown out knees and shoulders breaking this rule
