I struggled with heavy case of Eczema, allergic rhinite and psoriasis all over my body when i was 18 hears old. The moment i had a click in my brain everything changed. I tried nothing but butter, steak, eggs, avocado and a little olive oil with salt and pepper as seasoning. For eight months and felt better than I ever have at 50. Problem is, we can't afford it. Meat has 3-5X since Covid and our treacherous gov stealing our money.
