As the Senate failed to advance a war powers measure for the seventh time on Wednesday that would limit President Trump’s ability to use military force against Iran, Sen. Lindsey Graham called the War Powers Resolution “patently unconstitutional.” “The whole concept of a war powers act is dangerous, absurd, and will lead to just chaos,” Graham (R-SC) said. "You can't have Congress running wars," he added. "If you want to stop war, stop the funding.”
